It serves as a platform for a cooperative of artists, all of whom proudly display their masterpieces within its walls.The gallery, attached to Tatang's family home, is steeped in history and tradition. Tatang's father, a skilled batik artist in his own right, once worked in this very space, before the family's rice fields demanded his full attention.Tembi village itself is a beacon of resilience and community spirit. Rebuilt by a local hero named Pak Tatang after the devastating earthquake in 2016, the village strives for self-sufficiency.
