- Extenuating Circumstances PolicyHEALTH INSURANCE POLICY All guests should have valid health insurance for the time of their travels to Bali. When you chose your health insurance company, we recommend that you include evacuation in the event of serious injury while you are travelling. Cancellation fees: - 14 Days prior to arrival no cancellation fee - 7 Days prior to arrival will be 50% charge - 3 Days prior to arrival will be 100% charge - No show will be 100% charge In case of a refund, the transaction fees will be at the expense of the customer and an administration fee of 50 US$ will be deducted from the remaining balance. We do not offer any discounts for guests arriving later than planned or leaving before the end of the program.
