Review Body: We had an outstanding experience with Justin from Bali Yok during our family trip to Bali (17–25 July 2026). He took the time to understand what we wanted before we even met, arriving with a perfectly curated itinerary, taking us to Pura Ulun Danu Bratan, Jatiluwih Rice Terraces, Tirta Empul, and more, with wonderful surprises like a hidden local farm restaurant and a fireflies conservation walk along the way. What really tested his professionalism was when Jasper (husband and dad) damaged his ligaments in the sea during our first beach visit. Justin seamlessly arranged two hospital visits, cancelled and rearranged activities to accommodate Jasper's swollen knee, and made sure the whole family could still enjoy the trip, all without missing a beat. His calm, caring response in that moment truly set him apart. Beyond that, his deep knowledge of Balinese culture and history enriched every car ride and visit, his vendor relationships gave us access and authenticity you couldn't find on your own, and he even helped our daughter go from non-existent to proficient in Balinese and Indonesian in just 9 days. Punctual, kind, knowledgeable, and brilliant under pressure... especially navigating nightmarish Bali traffic! We cannot recommend Justin highly enough. You'll be truly experiencing Bali, and the memories made will be cemented unlike any other holiday you've been on. Dankie Justin!

Review Body: Booked a private guided trip for a mother-daughter trip and it was one of the best guided experiences I've ever gotten overseas! From pre-planning to the trip itself, Justin was detailed and tailored the experience based on our wishes to suit us best. Also really responsive through whatsapp to attend to any of my queries. My mom is probably not the usual more adventurous tourist you'll find here, but Justin made sure she was comfortable! For context, we went for lots of activities (cooking class, silver-making, batik painting, a visit to coffee plantation, Mt Batur jeep tour) - I told him what I had in mind to do and let him decide which places to bring us to, and left each stop with satisfaction and enjoyment. Also super safe driving and really smooth! (I say this as a person with carsickness so I really can vouch for it) I really felt safe in the hands of Justin and his team, Kadek and Nova, even through the treacherous roads going towards Mt Batur. We left Bali with the impression that Balinese people are kind, warm-hearted and hospitable :) If you're looking for a reliable English speaking guide in Bali, Justin and his team will be a good fit!

Review Body: We had a great day with Justin doing the Ubud day tour. He was punctual, polite, friendly, very obliging and flexible and would stop if we saw something that took our fancy. We had a fair bit of rain on the day but Justin was happy to change our plans to work around this. If he couldn't park nearby, we could text him to collect us with 10 minutes notice. At no pint did we feel rushed. He also recommended a great restaurant for lunch which was a typical Balinese home and was wonderful to explore and the food was delicious. He was fantastic with our son and had great conversations with him. We were travelling with another family who were in a different car and Justin and the other driver were in constant communication. We were very happy with him. He was knowledgeable about all the sites we went to and if he didn't know the answer, he would look it up to let us know. Practical points The car was clean and comfortable. His driving was very safe. We had a great experience and would happily use Justin again the next time we're in Bali.

Review Body: We had two families total 9 people and did two day-tours with Justin and his team - Nusa Penida and customized trip to North Bali (waterfalls, temples, coffee plantation). Please see our other review also. The day trips with Justin and his team of locals was easily the highlight of our trip to Bali. Tourism is tearing through Bali and its easy to miss the real jewel of Bali - the people- the fragile local Balinese culture that is unique to Indonesia. Justin and his team have opened their homes and backyards to share with you a glimpse of this local culture and the incredible hospitality, kindness, and gentle-nature of the Balinese people. Everyone we met was genuinely enthusiastic to share with us their daily lives - nothing was "touristy" or overdone and we always felt we were uniquely special visitors. If you want a special experience that few tourists to Bali get to see - any of the day trips with Justin and his team will be easily be the best part of your trip. Review Body: We had an amazing time during our 2 days with Justin (day 1) and Wayne (day 2). The itinerary they put together was thoughtful for what our goals were for Ubud. We were thankful that Justin had us for an early morning pickup to beat the crowds and set up the most amazing local lunch and farm tour (this was an unexpected highlight). We enjoyed waterfalls, temples, monkeys and rice terraces. Justin was knowledgeable, funny and an excellent driver. Wayne was equally as great as Justin. He walked us through a water temple, took us to an amazing lunch with a great view and finished with the most incredible massages in the middle of rice fields. He even suggested a fun stop to some swings we weren’t expecting! He answered all of questions about local life and always had a huge smile on his face. We can’t recommend enough booking these guys. They were incredible.

Thanks to him we met the two wonderful Nusa and Ara and himself for our last transfer day and drop off at the airport. Review Body: Thank you so much for making our once in a lifetime holiday amazing and forever memorable! We had several experiences through Seek Sophie and recommend to all- What a relief to avoid the more "tourist trap" offerings out there. Supporting locals, rather than slick overseas-owned operations , getting to know our guides better and gain far more knowledge due to the small group size were an absolute winning combination. Justin and his team's communication was second-to-none, letting us know when they would arrive to collect us, what to expect etc. We were treated like royalty and would choose Seek Sophie again in a heartbeat. If you could choose only one thing to do in Bali - the 2am sunrise at the western caldera of Batur is incredible and waaaaaaay less crowded that the trek up Mt Batur.

Review Body: Justin frm Bali Yok contacted me via whatsapp a few days before the trip to confirm my itinerary as I already had a few places scheduled. He gave his expert advice if it is doable (especially due to the heavy traffic during peak season) and gave us our driver's name. Kadek, arrived 10 minutes early at our hotel in Jimbaran. He was punctual at every single pickup point and replied whatsapp promptly each time. He can tell you everything about Bali, especially the culture and the Balinese people way of life. He even accompanied us to the Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary to make sure nothing untoward happens and take pictures for us. Overall we felt safe and made our time in Bali so smooth and stress-free. So we give them Five stars!

Review Body: Justin made our customized trip to Munduk in Bali definitely one for the books! Going to Munduk is a better preferred alternative if you want to have a day itinerary that covers a little bit of everything, minus the crowds. Justin took care of the logistics, arriving to every stop just in time before the crowd. He made sure we get an amazing introduction and appreciation of how beautiful Bali is, from visiting temples, waterfalls, coffee and honey bee farms, up to having a wonderfully prepared authentic Balinese lunch on the countryside. Justin was also helpful answering our questions about Bali's history and culture as well as other places to check out. It made the car ride very pleasant and informative. We highly recommend!

Review Body: Justin arrived early and waited patiently for us to leave for Ubud. Before the trip, he took the time to check what we liked and disliked, so his recommendations were well-suited to us. He was punctual and easy-going, and clearly knew the area well; he recommended great spots in Ubud for photo-taking, fun activities, and good food. He was also flexible with our plans. While we had an agenda, we agreed to stay open. We would spend more time at places we enjoyed and cut others short if they weren't quite what we were looking for. On top of that, he was very forthcoming in helping us take photos, always ready to lend a hand whenever we wanted a shot. His suggestions made our time in Ubud much easier to plan and more enjoyable.

Review Body: We hired Justin to pick us up at 11am from a location that we finished our bike ride from Jatiluwih Rice Terraces and take us to Mt Batur for ATV riding, then on to Desa Oculus for dinner cocktails and a dip in their pool overlooking the lake and volcano as the sun went down. He then took us back to Ubud to check into our hotel and dropped us off at a restaurant for our second dinner!! Justin was lovely and chatty, happy to answer any questions we had about Balinese/Indonesian culture and history etc. We also hired through his company again for the following day to taken us around to various shops and then finally to the airport in the evening. We had Kadek as our driver who was also great. Friendly and chatty as well.

Review Body: We did a customised day trip with Justin, we gave him some suggestions for what we were interested in and he helped us turn it into an itinerary that suited us. We watched the most beautiful sunrise from Kintamani and had breakfast with a view. We then visited lake Batur and a waterfall suggested by Justin. We had a wonderful Indonesian lunch and finally stopped at Sangeh Monkey Forest where the monkeys are gentle and don’t steal your belongings. The tour with Justin was the absolute highlight of our trip and we couldn’t recommend it more. Review Body: From the Geo, Justin made it super easy to plan our itinerary. He included some really great stuff like a chocolate plantation. On the day of our trip, I woke up with a really bad cold and could no longer swim in the waterfall but Justin made the switch within minutes to a different location that I would be able to enjoy more.He also asked our host at the restaurant for lunch to make me some ginger lemon tea to help with it. Our guide for the day was called Kadek and he helped us enjoy some of Bali‘s sites without the crowds and was an incredibly enthusiastic photographer.

Justin not only built out the itinerary based on things we were hoping to do, but he also took into account that we didn’t want to wait in lines (like so many reviews of tourist attractions) and so we went early and it was amazing!
