We had a great day with Justin doing the Ubud day tour. He was punctual, polite, friendly, very obliging and flexible and would stop if we saw something that took our fancy. We had a fair bit of rain on the day but Justin was happy to change our plans to work around this. If he couldn't park nearby, we could text him to collect us with 10 minutes notice. At no pint did we feel rushed. He also recommended a great restaurant for lunch which was a typical Balinese home and was wonderful to explore and the food was delicious. He was fantastic with our son and had great conversations with him. We were travelling with another family who were in a different car and Justin and the other driver were in constant communication. We were very happy with him. He was knowledgeable about all the sites we went to and if he didn't know the answer, he would look it up to let us know. Practical points The car was clean and comfortable. His driving was very safe. We had a great experience and would happily use Justin again the next time we're in Bali.

Fast response from Primo after booking it for a tour 3 days before. Got a driver who knows the place (we got ours from Seek Sophie as part of our day tour). The driver knew who to ask for assistance when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Mr. Pepe. Petting and massaging his doggo Mr. K was a bonus to our outdoor chat. Loved that Mr Pepe is a wise soul who exchanged views on my native country when he visited it. We of course left with a better understanding of the chocolate making world and about fair trade. My older child said he enjoyed Mr. Pepe's views of the world. There is a separate visit for bookings if one wants to visit their cacao plantation. Chocolate making was really fun with Ms. Made and her colleague helped to take photos and videos for us. Expect lots of fun selecting the beans, pounding and sieving it etc. At the end of the tour, we brought back our hand made chocolates and a bar of chocolates from their factory.

The private soundbath offering is a wonderful experience! Eric travelled to our hotel so all we had to do was relax. We learned a lot about sound healing and had a wonderful personalized experience.

Pleasant day trip with our friendly driver Yosi in a big and spacious car. We were free to customise the itinerary. I would definitely recommend the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces. If visiting Tanah Lot Temple, do check the tide forecast, as you cannot walk to the temple during high tide. Do note that entrance fees to the attractions are excluded.
