Nusa Dua is known as a high-end resort town where conferences take place. But under that stuffy exterior, it's also great for beginner-friendly surfing, and even paragliding off nearby cliffs if you’re feeling brave.

John was our surfing coach and he was absolutely amazing. Very kind and patient. Got us up and surfing in no time as two people who had never surfed before. Couldn't recommend it more

We had a great time surfing! There were 4 of us - 2 adults and 2 young kids - and we had 2 private instructors. One looked after the kids and kept them in the shallow area, and one took care of us adults. We were all standing and surfing by the end of the lesson. They had clear instructions and made it super simple. The instructors were friendly and helpful, and we all had a blast. Would highly recommend.

The whole thing was very well organised. We received a number when we arrived and signed in. When it was our turn we received a helmet and Gopro and got to fly.
