Praiwan Rafthouse is laying 1 hour from the pier. Is laying very quite in the middle of nature. Very beautiful. Close to walking trail en coral cave. You can swim and kayaking during the day. You have a big chance that you see Elephants close by because Praiwan is in the middle of nature. We were there for 2 nights. You get breakfast, lunch and dinner and it tastes very good.

Sophie is a great platform to book on. Easy to see all the different options and availability. And get confirmation quickly. Only thing that requires improving is quick customer service/feedback. For example I asked if I can change the date of the activity and they never came back to me.

Alex our guide was friendly, approachable, spoke really good English and was so insightful! He took us to loads of quieter local spots and we tried a few things we wouldn't have tried before! I would really recommend this for anyone visiting Hanoi!
