I would like to put on record my sincere appreciation to the Seek Sophie team and in particular to Ms. Rina for agreeing to my request for change in the cruise dates for Komodo island, not once but twice. The first time was during the recent volcano eruption at Mount Lewotobi when flights to the island from Malaysia were cancelled and the second time when my pet dog was diagnosed with cancer and in need of constant care for the next few months. They agreed to defer my cruise to a yet undetermined date in 2025. Ms. Rina was especially helpful with her kind words and quick response for which I will be always grateful.

Seek Sophie is a really nice easy to use service. I’d left some constructive feedback on the experience we did and Michelle followed up by email and and amended the Seek Sophie page to be more accurate- great customer service
