Pleasant experience with Seek Sophie team as they have been responsive at the onset to accommodate itinerary and timeline changes. In parallel, the partner tour agent is prompt to offer recommendations / feedback to better plan the trip.

I experienced great customer service support from Rina who attended to my email regarding my booking with swift response and immediate actions. I’ve just completed a 8 days 7 nights, Komodo Community Trip and it was so amazing. Kudos to Seek Sophie for the detailed planning of the itinerary which was so well executed. The local guides especially Puteri and Bayou and staff (Jun), were fabulous and super caring in ensuring our comfort and safety. Sincere thanks to them and to their colleagues/staff who assisted us on respective adventures. Not forgetting the wonderful photographers, Shawne and Alvin, and all other participants of the trip. We had so much fun together, it was as if we knew each other before the trip. This is one experience that I will not forget. 🙏

As a travel agent I have to deal with a lot of suppliers but I can honestly say that dealing with Rina at seek Sophie was an absolute pleasure compared to many. She was quick to respond & understood what I needed & I had a great outcome. Cant thank you enough Rina!!

Went to a humane elephant sanctuary called Chang Chill with seek sophie. It was such a good experience. We saw the elephants in the forest, left food for them in the feeding tubes and watched them bathe. They had cahouts looking afte them who knew them well. Worthwhile experience. Would highly recommend

When we visited Chiang Mai ourselves, we found it so tough to find a truly humane elephant sanctuary—so many places call themselves ethical but still allow touching and bathing. That’s why we were so excited when we found Chang Chill! The way they let the elephants just be elephants, with their mahouts caring for them from a respectful distance, is so special. So glad you got to experience it too! :)

I have not yet gone on my trip with Seek Sophie, but the service so far has been great! I was worried about loosing out on a spot on the Komodo boat trip I was interested in, but I had some questions first. Rina was really helpful and kind, and responded very quickly to my questions. Can't wait to go on the trip!

My family of 4 was looking to book a 3D2N Komodo trip with Seek Sophie. We reached out with questions. Rina promptly answered our queries via email. Our email exchange was over a few days and Rina got back to us quickly every time with thoughtful answers. We booked online through their website. The booking process was smooth and we got confirmation of our booking almost immediately. We can't wait for our trip!
