Found the site very very helpful to find and book local activities in a single place. I appreciated the message host functionality and found responses to be timely from the host. Lastly, loved the ease of payment by card whereas many of these activity providers would only have paynow or bank transfer option if you booked direct.

Response from Seek Sophie

Thank you for the review, TJ! Happy to hear you've found the site and booking experience easy.

Joined 3D2N Komodo boat trip organised by East Indonesia Trip through Seek Sophie. The boat trip is super, greater than my expectations! Both Seek Sophie and East Indonesia Trip staffs are very responsive, replying my messages rapidly, and answering them precisely. The crew members on Canaby 01 were fantastic! The food are amazing, with different dishes each meal! Great shout out to our tour guide, Roberto, and our photographer, Gimba! They accompanied us in all activities, ensuring we had fun, our safety, and took many stunning photographs! Highly recommended any one who travel to Indonesia, it was such a memorable experience.

It has been easy to understand the price/package/itinerary from Seeksophie’s website and responses were very quick to answer my enquiries too. I chose Seeksophie because they do not include swimming with whalesharks for their Komod island LOB trips even though I would love to meet one in my lifetime, but personally I sit on the fence on this, about how ethical this feeding to domesticate these beautiful wild fish, how crowded these swimming spots are and if the whalesharks would be stressed. I usually do my own research and planning for trips but may have reached an age where I should sit back a little and just bring passport, explore a new place and have fun. I would definitely book with Seeksophie again.

Response from Seek Sophie

Thank you so much for the kind review, Karen! Really appreciate that you took the time to talk about the whale sharks visits. It was a tough decision for us to stop providing these tours once we learned of the true situation in the water. We hope that this gives travellers enough information that they can make the right decision for themselves and the whale sharks.

The booking process was easy and they talk perfect English in WhatsApp.they took us in a car from Sapa to the start of the hike and brought us back to our hotel at the end. The guide talked good English and the porter carried all of our food for both days . The sleeping cabin protected us from the weather and the view from the top was stunning . Would highly recommend. Just keep in mind that the hike is challenging and not for complete beginners

Response from Seek Sophie

Thank you for the review, Tomer! Glad you found it to be a smooth booking process!
