Nalom was a very sweet and kind guide. I booked the camping trip and was initially supposed to be with two others. In the end, I was alone, and Nalom made it a fantastic time. He knows a lot about the area and goes above and beyond to help the locals. He wants to make sure everyone has a good time and a good life. I would definitely recommend booking a trip with him. It's also great that it's completely untouristed. You see quite a few undiscovered areas in Bali.

My husband and I booked the ATV and Whitewater rafting experience and absolutely enjoyed them both! The ATV experience was great fun and a very adventure-y experience - definitely some thrilling moments on the trail. The whitewater rafting was enjoyable and even relaxing - a great way to see beautiful jungle scenery. Our guides for both activities were great. And communication through WhatsApp was easy and smooth.

Overall a great experience, we loved that we had the chance to see the local life and appreciate great conversations near the fire with Yoga our guide and friend. I have to say that without Yoga it wouldn’t have been the same! The five stars go mainly to him, as I said overall I’m happy with the experience but I think it’s a bit too pricey for what it offers.

This experience was beyond our expectations. Everything was arranged so smoothly and our driver Arjana was so friendly, he drove us to the jeep location. He told us some history about Ubud and Mount Batur, answered and questions we had so kindly. Then we had Komo and his brother as our jeep driver. They were just an amazing duo!! We would recommend them as your guide. Komi took many incredible photos of us, more tham we could ever ask for! Driving up the mountain and through local villages in the jeep was a very unique experience. The sunset was MAGICAL… Then we went to the volcanic rock fields and coffee tasting. Overall this is a must experience and very much worth the early wake up and the price.

Very good experience. Well organized and we had the chance to see the sunrise. A magical moment. The pick-up from the hotel worked out perfectly, with sympathic driver Dibya. He was on time and drove us safely to base destination. The jeep driver Komo was also very sympathic, gave us explanation and took good photos. Both to recommend.

The most amazing trip to Mount Batur for the sunrise. Our driver Mel contacted me the day before the trip to arrange pickup time and location. Mel was on time to collect us and off we went on our way from Ubud to get the jeep. Mel's driving was really good and we felt very comfortable in her presence. Once we arrived at the location to collect the jeep, Mel ensured we were well looked after, getting us coffee and blankets for the jeep ride (it gets very cold!). We then went with our jeep driver, Nyoman. He really was super sweet and the best photographer! He captured all the views perfectly. Breakfast is included and it was lovely to be cosy with hot chocolate whilst waiting for the sun to rise. I would hugely recommend this trip to Mount Batur, it really is something else. It's definitely a long trip and waking up in the middle of the night to make the journey from Ubud was brutal but, it was made much easier by the perfect views and the help of our drivers Mel and Nyoman. Nyoman then took us to the black lava. Be prepared for a bumpy drive! But again, very pretty views and another chance for some more fun photos with an awesome photographer! From there we went to the hot springs. It was quite busy but that warm water was well worth it. Mel then drove us back to Ubud and very kindly dropped us at a location that was a bit closer to our villa (as it can't be reached by car) which was exactly what we needed after such a long morning. I would highly recommend Mount Batur Jeep adventure for your trip to Mount Batur, it is a must see whilst in Bali. And thank you so much to Mel and Nyoman who added to making our day run so smoothly :-)
