Even though the weather was so cloudy and we didn't see any sunrise, it was an enjoyable experience! Our Bali guides were really helpful and fun, and they also offered to take many nice pictures for us and breakfast at the top :) This was our first time to Mt Batur, so thankful to our guides for making it a memorable experience for us!

Driver pick up from the hotel in Ubud was Prompt. Driver DIBYA was there early and waiting for us. Very nice young man. Car was spacious and clean. Dibya was very friendly and respectful. Explained the itinerary and plan. Took us to the parking lot and was waiting for us when we got back from sunrise tour. Took us to good spots for us to take pictures of the lake, mountains and farm on the way back to the hotel. Fantastic service. The jeep drive was great and the place where they took us to watch sunrise was amazing. It was a lookout on the mountain with no obstruction. Fantastic look out point with no distraction. There was plenty of space to sit on a bench in the front row and enjoy sunrise. They were also ready to take pics when we wanted them to. very friendly and nice staff. Once the sunrise was done, they took us to see volcano rocks. The drive was great. Over all 5 star experience. Great people and great spot to see sunrise. Would defiantly recommend to my family and friends

It was amazing! My boyfriend and I did canyoning for the first time and it was so fun! People from Canyoning Bali are very sweet and funny - they are also open to talk about anything and everything. I am not the best swimmer (some would say I cannot swim) and still felt very safe to join and even jump into deep water. You should definitely try this no matter who you are :) Our guides, Eka, Oka and Barbara were the sweetest, thank you very much for a great experience.

Very enjoyable experience with Dodik, Uncle and friends. They accommodated all of our strange questions about the camping environment, and even showed us how to pitch a tent from scratch. It was a really comfortable time, and also side note: food provided was amazing. 10/10 experience, the waterfalls were my favorite bit. Also all the dogs and cats we met along the way.

We had the most incredible time on this adventure! Well worth the 3am start! From the jeep trek up Mr Batur - despite being up on the mountain with hundreds of others, our guide Cipta led us to a secluded ledge where we could watch the sunrise is peace - to the moon-like landscape of the lava fields (again Cipta took us to the perfect spot away from the gathering crowds) - to the hot pool and the waterfalls and finally back to Ubud where we rode on ATV along rice fields and mud trails. This was by far one of the highlights of our Bali stay. Special thanks also goes to Wira, our faithful driver, for taking us everywhere we needed to be. What a legend he was!

We had a wonderful day up in the mountains. We've visited the waterfalls and trekked the forest. The driver was cool and we stopped 2 times to buy fruits and have coffee on route with the lake view. The trek was nice and we saw a lot of large trees in the forest. After a decent canoe across the lake, we finally arrived at our local host house and we got treated with delicious food for lunch.
