Everything was communicated very clearly and promptly. Our guide Nawa was very experienced and made our hike enjoyable and safe even though the weather was not ideal for us. The lake batur boat ride was the highlight. Good job guys!

We loved this tour - friendly knowledgeable guide (Ajus) and great support from the rest of the team taking photos and helping us to navigate the Bali traffic! This was a great activity for our guest day in Ubud.

The tour guide we had had grown up in the area so she was very knowledgeable. She was considerate, informative and easy going. The trek was easy and the boat ride back was an added bonus as we learnt about the local fish farming .

The crater trek was a great experience - we ended up only sharing our sunrise experience with 2 other people at the top . The views are incredible and all of the staff at seeksophie were really helpful and friendly . Yoshi, our driver, and Wi our trek guide were both lovely people . Although our sunrise had some clouds the views across the caldera were spectacular . The trek is shorter than the mount Batur trek but in my opinion was quite challenging enough . Our party of five included 3 under 30’s and 2 over 55’s , of reasonable fitness but no real hiking experience so completely different experience to long walks and fitness classes . All but me did the hike in trainers , I had walking shoes and I would definitely recommend walking shoes ! Overall it was a fantastic experience and seeksophie a great company to engage with

Oh wow where do I begin! The experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the get go, communication with Justin was seamless and he was able to answer any question that I may have about the trip. Timely reminders were also given over WhatsApp as we got nearer to the trip - really appreciated the comprehensive information about the trip and place of visit.
The boat ride over to the trekking starting point was beautiful! Don’t think I’ve ever seen that many stars in my life. We even saw a shooting star pass by which was awesome!
The actual trekking took about 45mins to reach the top. As it was my first time trekking, it proved to be quite a challenge, especially since the trek was early in the morning 😂 that said, with the help of my guide, I managed to reach the top in time to see the sunrise. I do recommend wearing proper hiking shoes for this as terrain can be rocky.
We could see all 5 mountains from the top and weather conditions were good. Made some memorable memories alongside my new found friends as well.
From the driver who brought me around to the trekking guides, everyone was so kind and friendly. Also, did I mention that we had the whole mountain to ourselves? So happy that I chose to trek this mountain instead of Mt Batur which can be super crowded.
Made a trip to Goa Raja waterfall afterwards, that was pretty cool as well.
I can’t recommend this tour enough, absolutely worth every penny. A must try if you’re ever in Bali ❤️

The motorised bicycle definitely made the experience more enjoyable and less tiring. That said, I would have loved to manually cycle more. However, given that majority of the group was on the motorised function, this made it difficult for me to do so as I wouldn’t be able to keep up.
Regardless, it was a fun experience overall - with friendly and caring guides who kept us safe on the bustling road and proactively helped to take photos for us, plus you get to make friends from all over the world. Highly recommend giving this a try if you’re in Bali.

My sister and I did the downhill cycling near Ubud and it was really great! Our guide was called Gede. We were picked up from our hotel and went for a coffee by the rice fields then drove up to start the cycle. It was amazing! We cycled through rice fiends, jungle, towns, past many temples. We were so well looked after. Lunch was delicious. Thanks so much to Gede and the others for such a fab day.
