Often used as a warm-up or relaxed dive.Batu Bolong - One of Komodo’s most famous dive sites. Expect strong currents, colourful coral walls, and dense marine life including reef sharks, trevallies, napoleon wrasse, and large schooling fish.Manta Point - A renowned manta ray cleaning station. Divers often encounter manta rays gliding overhead, along with rays and schooling reef fish.Northern Komodo (Dry Season: April–November)Northern Komodo dive sites are accessed during the dry season when conditions allow and are known for adrenaline-filled dives and pelagic action.Key dive sites include:Cauldron / Shotgun - A thrilling drift dive through a narrow channel with strong currents. Expect high fish action, including reef sharks, giant trevallies, groupers, barracudas, and hunting tuna.Crystal Rock - A submerged pinnacle famous for clear visibility, challenging currents, and massive schools of pelagic fish circling the reef.Castle Rock - A current-swept seamount offering some of Komodo’s best big-fish encounters, including grey reef sharks, barracudas, trevallies, and tunas.At high-current sites, divers may experience short but intense action zones (approx 15–20 mins) where pelagic fish hunt schooling reef fish.Good to KnowThe Komodo National Park Authority has issued new regulations which require visitors to preregister and pay for their park fees in advance in order to secure their entry, previously park fees were collected directly from customers on the day of the trip. As a result we have included the deposit of national park fee IDR 940,500 into the price of the listing for 3D2N trip.This trip includes a deposit of IDR 940,500 per person for the Komodo National Park entrance fee. The remaining balance—estimated at up to IDR 200,000 per person—is payable in cash on-site, depending on applicable local fees at the time of the trip. Please ensure you bring sufficient cash.Important Note: The itinerary shown is a sample and dive sites are not guaranteed. The route and activities may change depending on tides, currents, and weather conditions to ensure everyone’s safety. Our team will plan each day based on real-time sea conditions and adjust the experience according to your dive experience levels.Includes all diving gear Wetsuit (3mm-5mm, long sleeve or shorty), BCD, regulator, weight + weight belt, mask, boots, fins, tank, torch for night dive, and full board meals.No minimum logged dives required, but if you haven’t dived in over a year, you'll need to do a quick refresh during the first dive. While beginners are welcome, we recommend having 15–20 logged dives to fully enjoy the experience. If you’d like to arrange a refresher dive in advance, feel free to discuss it with us. We can check and advise based on your previous diving experience, group size, and dive guide availability.Diving insurance is mandatory for all guests joining the trip—please ensure you have valid coverage in place before departure.For dive safety, please arrive in Labuan Bajo at least one day before the trip and fly out one day after the end of the dive trip.We offer special birthday, engagement, and honeymoon packages, including a cake, a bottle of champagne, decorations, and a Bluetooth music box to make your moments extra memorable 🎁 (add-on available)!Minimum Certification RequiredOpen Water Diver + Deep Adventure CertificationSome of the Komodo dive sites go deeper than 18 meters, so a Deep Adventure Dive certification is mandatory.If you want to join the night dive, you’ll need a Night Adventure Dive certification.There’s no activity option to replace Night Dive if you don’t want to join.If you don’t yet have these certifications, you can discuss with us about taking the required courses. Together with her husband Peppy, a local who knows these seas like the back of his hand, they’ve built a family-friendly, sustainable operation. Their boat, is a labour of love, beautifully renovated and run with care. They personally guide every tour, ensuring safety and a personalised experience, whether on land or underwater. With a strong focus on community, they’re passionate about sharing Flores’ wonders while giving back to the local area and its people.
