Review Body: We had such a brilliant time on this boat, the experience was indescribably good. From the first moment to the last, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Mario, our host and guide, was informative, kind and fun. He made sure we felt welcome and that we were comfortable at all times.
Before the trip, we were communicated with extremely well and we knew when and who was picking us up from our hotel in advance, which relieved any stress from travelling such a long way to get to Labuan Bajo.
The boat itself was beautiful and well kept in the communal areas. There were plenty of lovely places to relax and take in the views. We had the upper deck cabin, Papandayan. This seemed like a really good choice once we were on board. The cabin was clean and had lovely views to wake up to in the mining from the window.
The food was amazing, I had low expectations due to other similar experiences in the past, but honestly I cannot compliment the food enough. There was plenty of options and the chef was very helpful in explaining the menu before each meal. He was clearly very proud and should be of the food he made. The BBQ on the final night was a very nice touch and the fish was standout.
The captain came out with us to find Manta Rays after no luck on the first day. He was very friendly and impressive as he was able to spot the Manta we saw from the surface even though it was deep below. The hunt itself was a lot of fun, the boats split up and scoured the sea for rays. Spotting it from the surface was insane. Such a thrill being told to jump in ASAP and chase after the ray from the surface.
The turtles were amazing, dolphins ended up coming and playing in the swell of the boat - the marine life was unmatched. Of course the Komodo Dragons were insane to see up close, we felt very safe with the guides and got some great photos.
We felt safe the whole time with multiple members of the crew/guides looking out for you on hikes and when snorkelling there was a boat ahead with the first swimmer and a boat behind with the last.
The crew were all genuinely amazing. K the cameraman took some amazing pics and helped me down the hike extremely patiently. Achon had the best dance moves and was very charming. Chef and captain were great to chat to and all the deck hands were great poker teachers in our midnight game. Really appreciated the presence of everyone on the boat. No bad words about any of them.
Drawbacks:
This is none of the crews fault, but snorkelling on the first day was overwhelming due to the sheer amount of other boats and groups snorkelling at Manta Point. This is not where we saw the Manta and I can see why, it was too busy and a lot for the first outing.
The island on day 3 (baby shark island) was extremely busy. The hike down was difficult to navigate with the queues heading up. The crowds in the shallows spoilt the experience of seeing the sharks as it felt like we were overwhelming them, and there was a tonne of litter.
Overall:
Really positive, amazing value for money. Genuinely a very personal and special experience. I will be personally recommending this boat to my friends and family.

It’s honestly hard to put into words how amazing this trip was.
The crew were truly amazing. It’s hard to believe that in just three short days on board, Leticia already felt like a real family to us. A huge thank you to our captain, our guide Mario, our photographer Kay, and our amazing chef Pupi. The whole crew always put our safety first, while being attentive, warm, energetic, funny, and incredibly helpful. Whenever we needed anything, at any hour, they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
And the food on board was way beyond my expectations. We had three meals and afternoon snacks every day, with a great mix of Indonesian specialties and familiar favourites. All well-balanced, varied, and genuinely delicious. I really looked forward to every meal!
A special thank you to Kay for all the beautiful photos and videos. He didn’t just take photos for us at the most scenic spot, but also captured so many vivid, joyful moments throughout the trip. We spent more than a week going through the photos and videos again and again after the trip. And it was so surprising how Kay caught us everywhere with smiling faces! Looking back at them brought back so many happy memories. We are just so grateful for everything he documented for us!
The experience itself was unforgettable. Seeing manta rays, turtles, dolphins, and Komodo dragons in the wild was absolutely incredible. The crew also tried their best to find snorkeling spots with fewer people and plenty of marine life, which made the experience even better.
The BBQ and beach bonfire party on our last night was another highlight. And I have to say the DJ was seriously impressive, could easily compete with some well-known clubs haha!
This trip was also my first time trying freediving and jumping off the boat. I’m especially grateful to the crew for encouraging me while always making sure I was safe, which gave me the courage to try sth new and walk away with all the wonderful memories.
The facilities on board were also comfortable and well thought out, with a spacious deck where you can relax and sunbathe. You can genuinely tell how much effort the Leticia Team puts into making the boat better and better. They really listen to feedback and continuously work on improving the experience for their guests. That kind of effort and care really shows on every detail of Leticia.
If you’re thinking about doing a 3D2N liveaboard trip in Komodo, Leticia will sure give you an experience far beyond what you'd expected--truly unforgettable. Three short days of happiness are difficult to put into words. Thank you, Leticia. ❤️
If I ever have the chance to come back to Komodo, I would definitely choose Leticia again.
Wishing the whole team all the best, and Leticia continued success! 🌊🐢🪽

Review Body: Where to even begin with Leticia Liveaboard…
From start to finish, our 3D2N Komodo cruise was nothing short of exceptional. The trip was flawlessly organised, with an itinerary that struck the perfect balance between adventure, relaxation, and breathtaking scenery. Every stop felt thoughtfully chosen, and the crew’s deep knowledge of the Komodo area brought each experience to life.
What made it even more special was how much we learned along the way—not just about the islands themselves, but about the people who call this region home. It was a beautiful way to experience the culture and traditions of the area while being surrounded by some of the most stunning landscapes we’ve ever seen.
The food deserves its own mention. Our chef was working miracles in the kitchen—every meal was a feast. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner came as huge platters with fresh fish, meats, vegetables, and plenty of vegetarian options, all complemented by colourful fruits. The highlight had to be the BBQ on the top deck at sunset, which was an unforgettable experience in itself.
My partner and I stayed in a lower deck cabin, which had everything we could possibly need—comfy bed, ensuite bathroom, and plenty of little touches like free-flowing drinks and supplies to make us feel right at home.
The boat itself holds around 18–20 passengers, which created the ideal environment: intimate enough to get to know everyone, yet big enough to always have someone new to share a story with. Thanks to the crew’s incredible energy and hospitality, what started as a group of strangers quickly became a boat full of friends. By the end, it felt like we were leaving behind a family.
One brilliant touch is the free photography and video service the crew provide. They capture all the highlights for you—whether it’s hiking, snorkelling, or sunset on deck—which means you can completely relax, stay in the moment, and forget about constantly reaching for your phone. The end result is a collection of amazing memories you get to take home without any effort at all.
A special mention has to go to the captain—his knowledge of the currents, hidden spots, and the ocean in general was truly impressive. It gave us such confidence knowing we were in the best hands, and it was a real joy getting to know him and the rest of the crew along the way.
Leticia Liveaboard made our Komodo trip unforgettable, and I’d recommend it to anyone planning the same adventure.

Review Body: Incredible trip, we'd recommend this trip to anyone. Wasn't a 'party' boat which was a huge relief, but easy enough to gave some drinks and a laugh with your friends or those you got along with on the boat. They focused on the itinerary and you saw everything they promised.
The room was amazing, AC was great and we had no issues with any seasickness the waters are always calm, the fact they have a stairs attached to the side permanently shows how the waves dont change drastically.
The chef onboard spoiled us with fresh seafood and a good mix of carbs veggies and protein. The lovely chef and the kitchen staff were top notch and proud of everything that was served, that much was clear, and they should be it was incredible food.
The entire onboard staff were incredibly friendly and made sure you saw all the sights and sealife when you went snorkeling. We knew the manta rays were unlikely to be seen as it was the end of the season but the staff really used their expertise and scouted on the off chance and we actually managed to see one and some turtles which was not expected, wouldn't have been possible without the staff really making the unseen effort to give the passengers the fullest opportunity to experience everything the area has to offer. They're also local to the area and its clear they care about the environment and animals you see and interact with. Couldnt sing them enough praise.
If you dont like wet feet maybe ask for a third towel to use as a drying pad for your feet if youve got an ensuite and dont want to wet your sleeping area, the wetrooms cant dry very well because its a boat so the drain isnt something you can really position to drain the entire room. They're very happy to provide it.
We heard from other people about daytrips to see all the sights. I would recommend an oboard with leticia over that if youre considering. Its the difference between checking boxes and being there for barely 20 minutes each or going with Leticia and its amazing staff and really seeing the true beauty of each location thanks to having the time with a multi-day overnight where you can take your time and relax.
Mkasi Leticia and its amazing staff! Bucket list dream <3

Review Body:
I had the absolute pleasure of joining the Leticia liveaboard cruise around the Komodo Islands, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. From start to finish, everything was exceptional.
The staff were amazing – not only attentive to every detail, but also genuinely fun to be around. The key organizers spoke great English, were easy to communicate with, and made us all feel well cared for. The captain is a wonderful person, warm, knowledgeable, and very personable. You could feel his connection to the area and how much he wanted to share it with us.
The activities were just fantastic – so well-organised. Whether exploring the stunning landscapes, visiting the Komodo dragons or snorkeling the amazing waters, every moment felt special. The crew knew the area so well, and that gave an extra layer of depth and ease to everything we did.
The food onboard was simply beautiful – fresh, delicious, and plentiful. Each meal was a treat, and it really added to the sense of being spoiled in such a breathtaking setting.
And the group atmosphere was wonderful – cruising with around 20 fellow travellers made it feel lively yet still intimate, with plenty of space to connect or find quiet moments.
I can’t praise the Leticia enough – it was the perfect combination of comfort, adventure, welcome, and care. If you’re looking for an unforgettable way to experience Komodo, I wholeheartedly recommend this cruise.

Review Body: Review from 55 year old UK husband and wife
This trip lived up to everything we had hoped for and more.
We had booked the large upper rear cabin with balcony which was spacious with a large comfortable bed and good air con.
All the crew were excellent, polite, friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
The captain sailed a route that meant we arrived at various stop off points before other boats arrived , meaning that snorkelling , hiking etc were less crowded.
Snorkelling was excellent. We saw so many Komodo dragons wandering through the wilderness ( which disproved the rumours I had heard of the dragons being sedated).
Food was plentiful, varied and excellent.
The BBQ and party on our last night was such good fun and all the crew joined in which made it special.
Inflatable pool and SUP’s on last day were great fun too
I could so say so many great things about this trip but to say my wife and I would love to do it all over again probably sums it up. .
There were 20 guests on our trip of various nationalities with the youngest in their early 20’s and we were the eldest at 55, but without exception everyone enjoyed it and mixed together well.
I would highly recommend this boat and crew.
Leticia live aboard keep up the great work!

Review Body: Absolutely amazing experiences. A fun packed schedule which was excellently organised. They also follow a different order to other boats to ensure you are going to the busiest places at a time that is less busy to when other boats go there. Staff are all very lovely and helpful. Food was amazing, as a vegan especially, they are very accommodating. You are fed often and very well catered for by the amazing chef. The photographer is amazing too and captures all memories excellently. We had an amazing time.
Only thing id say is the lower deck cheaper rooms are a little rough around the edges and could do with a face lift. The towels and bedding etc is stained (although smelt clean). However the rooms were just a place to sleep for us (and the beds were comfy enough!) so didn't impact our trip at all.
Overall one of the best experiences I've ever had and would recommend to anyone. Felt like a family onboard. Thanks again!!

Review Body: From the moment we stepped aboard, the team’s rhythm put us at ease. Our cabin had plush bedding, reliable hot showers, and just-right AC—simple comforts that matter at sea. Timing was next-level: we reached Kelor, Pink Beach, and Siaba before big crowds rolled in, so our photos look as if we had Komodo to ourselves.
The bathtub became our golden-hour hangout, and the shaded dining area worked beautifully on hot afternoons. Crew briefings were short, clear, and kind; gear checks happened quietly in the background; towels somehow stayed dry.
We aren’t heavy social media users, but even we ended up posting because every day produced a “wow” moment. Disembarkation was as smooth as check-in, with luggage already tagged and waiting. We expected a comfortable cruise; we didn’t expect service that felt this personal without being fussy. Leticia nails that boutique balance.

Review Body: Leticia is the rare liveaboard that balances comfort and real adventure. Cabins feel like a small hotel room—cool AC, ensuite bathrooms, thoughtful lighting, and storage so your bag doesn’t live on the floor. Mornings started with coffee and pastel islands; evenings ended with sunsets you could taste.
The crew moves like a quiet orchestra: fins appear in your size, tea arrives exactly when you think of it, and the ladder is always a steady hand away. The floating sea pool surprised me most—it turned anchor time into gentle, safe swims for everyone, including my dad who usually skips open water. i love this drone shot when we are chilling on the floating pool. You guys should choose leticia because they are the only boat that has it!!!!
We stepped off on the last day salty, rested, and weirdly homesick for a boat.

Review Body: Absolutely loved this 3 day 2 night trip with Leticia Liveaboard. There were a great group of 20 guests onboard and the crew did everything possible to ensure that we had a wonderful time. Everything was well organised and the guides had an excellent knowledge of the area, ensuring that we saw the best sights. Loved the sunrise hike on Padar and seeing the Dragons was definitely a highlight! There was a photographer on board so plenty of opportunities for a photoshoot (if that’s your thing!!).
The website said an 11am end to trip so I’d booked a 12:55 flight. The trip was more of a 12:00pm end but the crew transferred me (and another set of passengers) by small boat to the harbour so we didn’t miss flights - incredibly grateful for this).
Would definitely recommend this trip to all!!

Review Body: Food is where liveaboards often stumble; Leticia’s kitchen hums. Breakfasts were light and bright—fruit, eggs just right, decent coffee. Lunch leaned fresh and savory (soups, grilled mains, crunchy veg), while dinners were generous without heaviness—lime-kissed fish one night, aromatic chicken the next, with thoughtful sides and a proper dessert. The chef clocked preferences early (I asked for less sugar, more spice) and the team remembered every meal after. Between-water snacks appeared at the perfect moments—warm tea post-snorkel, cut fruit when the sun bit. It’s not “fine dining,” it’s smart sea eating: satisfying, balanced, and steady. Combine that with shaded lounges, clean bathrooms, and a crew that never fusses, and you get a boat where your body and brain both exhale.

Review Body: I didn’t expect a wooden phinisi to feel this calm. My cabin was genuinely restful—quiet AC, a mattress that didn’t fight me, blackout curtains, and an ensuite that drained well (boat folks know why that matters). Mornings started with coffee on the bow as the islands stacked like paper cutouts; afternoons drifted between shaded lounge time and easy snorkels; evenings were all rosy light and the soft creak of rigging. Service was present but never performative—towels appeared when needed, water refills were constant, and someone always seemed to be where a steady hand would help. By day three, I’d stopped checking the time. Leticia doesn’t chase you with activities—it creates space for Komodo to do its thing, and you to actually feel it.

Review Body: Me and 2 friends joined the cruise with high expectations. We are so happy that those expectations were met and were greatly exceeded. Mario, Kay and the crew were the perfect guides. Planning an itinerary which enabled us to experience all the great aspects of Komodo National park. They went above and beyond to ensure we had these experience, changing the itinerary to try and allow us to see manta days after we didn’t see them the first chance. We saw them and so much more. Not only were the activities great, life on board for 3 days was fantastic, with the crew joining in with a party, jumping off the boat and the food provided was excellent. We will forever remember this trip and thank everyone involved for such an amazing time.

Review Body: The hardware is strong: handcrafted phinisi with character, AC ensuite cabins that actually sleep cool, and lounges that offer real shade and comfortable seating—not the pretend kind. Briefings were thorough without feeling like school, and the deck stayed tidy all day. Signal is patchy out here—expected—but download playlists and books ahead. What elevates it is the crew’s quiet competence: steady ladder spotting, masks fitted right the first time, hydration nudges without nagging.
I also appreciated that the itinerary was flexible to conditions, not married to a checklist. If you want nightclub noise or a hard sell on extras, this isn’t your boat. If you want a confident team and a calm rhythm through Komodo, it absolutely is.

Review Body: The best logistics are invisible, and that’s how this felt. Airport pickup on time, bags quietly appearing in our cabins, ranger coordination handled without us hearing the radio, and tenders launched on cues rather than shouts.
Shore landings were precise—no wet-bag chaos—and re-boardings smooth even with chop. Inside, AC held steady, outlets were plentiful, and water refill points kept bottles cold. The schedule flexed gently when a squall crossed the bay, yet we never lost a highlight. Meals matched the cadence: energizing lunches, celebratory but not heavy dinners. I didn’t check a clock for three days and still made every briefing. That’s the definition of hospitality to me: remove friction, keep the magic.

Review Body: We had a great time on the Liticia Liveaboard with our two kids. The crew was dedicated to making our stay a great experience and were super kind and patient with our kids. We had the Hanoman suite which was perfect for the 4 of us. Food was really good - being vegetarian we felt there were always enough options. The snorkeling and island visits were nice. The BBQ on the last evening was delicious. The ship was fully booked with aprox 20 people. Our kids loved the last day when they put out the sea pool and everyone could just hang out for a few hours before going back to the port.
Be aware that Komodo is becoming very popular - you will enjoy the sunrise and sunset with quite a number of other tourists.

Review Body: It was an outstanding Trip to the Komodo National Park! The Crew was fantastic - the cook did a wonderful Job, the Captain was awesome! Everyone helped to make it an unforgettable experience.
I can absolutely recommend Leticia Liveaboard!! We were a family of four (Kids 11/13) and had booked the Master bedroom. It was spacious and clean. One kid Shared a bed with us, the other had a bed for himself.
I recommend to take a Travel bag instead of a suitcase though.
Besides the wonderful nature and Highlights of the Tour, we had a nice Barbecue on the roof top, a Beach party, Poker Nights and
enjoyed playing in the Pool and with the SUPs and jumping off the boat after a day packed with great memories.

Review Body: My girlfriend and I had an awesome time on the boat!
The crew was amazing, they did everything they could to make sure everyone on the boat had the best time of their life.
Our room was quite comfortable with a nice bed and private bathroom, we were sleeping downstairs but the engine wasn’t that disturbing.
The food on the boat was great as well! We don’t really like seafood, but there were plenty of other options, which always tasted good.
The activities were fun as well, and we’ve always felt safe on the boat.
Overall we really enjoyed this Komodo boat-tour and would definitely recommend. We feel like if you go to Indonesia and don’t do this boat-tour, you’re definitely missing out.

Review Body: This felt like a day designed by someone who obsesses over details. Eight stops, perfectly sequenced—Padar when the sun was gentle, dragons with rangers before the rush, snorkel when visibility was best. The boat is simple in the best way: open-deck for wind and views, cushioned seats, fresh-water rinse, and a surface watch keeping an eye on us in the water. Nothing flashy, just everything you actually need. The crew kept each site spotless, even giving a quick talk about reef etiquette. With 10 people total, we moved fast and never felt like a big group clogging a jetty. The guide shot candid photos and sent them that evening, which was such a sweet touch. Would repeat in a heartbeat.

Review Body: So much fun! Great variety of people, so many activities fit in to 3 days (felt like longer in a good way). Great value for money, and beautiful scenery.
Always felt safe and acknowledged. The crew are amazing - they get everything done so efficiently that we barely notice.
food was fresh - very impressed by the chef’s skills to cook on a boat in a small kitchen for so many people with limited supplies. Such a variety of local foods and ingredients.
A really fun way to spend 3 days - snorkelling, swimming, hiking, exploring, relaxing, eating, spotting dolphins, turtles, baby sharks, flying foxes, fish, Komodo’s, pigs, goats, chickens, and so many more animals.
Loved it!

One of few Komodo sails with a visit to a local artisan village
If you want a social Komodo trip with a little more than the usual island-hopping, this is one of our favourite picks. It’s one of the pioneering traditional phinisis in Komodo with a floating sea pool, and the only boat on Seek Sophie that takes you to meet local Komodo woodcarvers. So alongside the dragons, snorkelling and epic viewpoints, you’ll get to see how traditional wooden Komodo sculptures are carved by hand - a side of the islands most travellers miss! This is also one of our larger shared boats, with around 20–24 guests, so we especially like it for solo travellers or anyone keen to meet people along the way. There’s plenty of space to hang out together on the sun deck, take the SUPs out, jump in for a snorkel or set up the floating pool right in the sea!The cabins are surprisingly comfy too. Guests often tell us they feel more like a boutique hotel than a boat, with AC, blackout curtains, ensuite bathrooms and hot water.Food is another highlight. The chef gets great feedback and is happy to adapt dishes to your preferences — whether you’d like less sugar or spice, or need vegetarian options. The crew are known for being warm and attentive, and there’s even a photographer onboard capturing the trip by GoPro and drone, so you can come home with great footage without spending the whole trip behind your phone.Pick this if you want the classic Komodo adventure, but also want a fun, social boat you’ll actually enjoy spending time on, plus a little more local culture thrown in.Note: If you’re looking to charter this boat privately for your family or friends, check it out here. What to Expect3D2N sailing through Komodo National ParkSee Komodo dragons in the wildTrek to iconic viewpoints and hidden covesSnorkel in some of Komodo’s clearest watersMeet local Komodo woodcarvers and see their craft up closeSail aboard a beautifully crafted traditional phinisiSpacious deck for hanging out and meeting other travellersSUPs and a floating sea pool when conditions allowBeautiful sunsets from the boatAll meals, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks includedKomodo New UpdatesThe Komodo National Park Authority has issued new regulations which require visitors to preregister and pay for their park fees in advance in order to secure their entry, previously park fees were collected directly from customers on the day of the trip.
