Review Body: Roberto and Bayoe were excellent hosts and guides. We were a group of 9, including 3 children which the staff were keen to entertain. The Captain and Roberto knew the best spots to hike, swim, snorkel and tour. The trip was packed with experiences, including the best sunsets and welcome drinks on return. Komodo dragons, turtles, manta rays, and fish by the millions. Stunning! These guys are true professionals. The food? OMG! So much food and so tasty, all local cuisine and amazing presentation. Always on the move, always something to do (or relax on the boat if you wish) and ready for the next adventure! So much packed into a 2 night experience! We would highly recommend this trip to anyone, families with children included.

Review Body: We did the 3 days / 2 nights boat tour with our group of 9 and everything was simply perfect - no complaints at all. Dedy and his team on board were super friendly, attentive and made us feel taken care of from start to finish. The food was outstanding and there was so much of it that we are still on a diet after feasting for three days! We visited Rinca (instead of Komodo) and had a fantastic time. Highly recommended - we would book again in a heartbeat.

Review Body: My Partner and I have been travelling for 2 months now, but this has honestly been a highlight of our trip. Everything was perfection, from the amazing food, to the comfortable rooms with en suites, to the incredible and attentive service of the crew, to the boat infrastructure itself. After every excursion we were greeted with smiles and waves as well as snacks and refreshments. Every meal was so delicious, we were so well fed and looked after. Our tour guide was Dedy Sadhy, and he was amazing!! He was so friendly and funny and great company, as well as being a great photographer and videographer. He made sure we had fab content, conducting photo shoots with so much passion and expertise. He knew everything about all the animals on both sea and land that we encountered and treated everyone so kindly. The crew and captain were extremely professional and experienced, they were always so friendly and smiley and accommodated every request. The tour itself was unbelievable. We saw komodo dragons, manta rays, turtles, deer, monkeys and more. Scenic landscapes and stunning sunsets. The boat having a projector was a massive plus too, we had a movie night! A few major pluses was fast and reliable wifi on the boat at all times, free pick up before and after trip, quick customer service and endless included snacks and refreshments. 5 stars - we could not recommend more!!

Review Body: The entire trip was incredible. Our host Ardy was funny and knowledgeable, he was our photographer and always made sure we had what we need. The itinerary was awesome, and very thoughtfully done to avoid peak times and crowds so often we would be at an island or snorkelling spot without any other boats. We saw so much wildlife - komodo dragons, manta rays, turtles, baby reef sharks, deer, monkeys and so many fish. There were 3 treks and im not much of a hiker but it was so worth it for the sunset views. The snorkelling equipment was clean and quite new. We splurged and booked the master room, exceptional. The views were amazing, great air-con and very comfy bedding. We both slept so well. We wanted to bring the chef home with us. We were fed 5 meals a day, so many options and everything was delicious. The meals were served family style and everybody helped themselves. There is no way anybody is going hungry on that boat. The common areas - dining room and deck were spacious, so many different areas to relax. Lots of comfy lounges. The main deck is covered so there is lots of shade, and there are some spots to get the sun. This trip was one of my bucket list items and it exceeded my expectations.

Review Body: We had the most amazing time on Gammara. Dedy and the crew were unbelievable. So friendly, always happy, and constantly going above and beyond to make sure we have a fantastic time. We could not believe the attention to detail and professionalism of the crew. Every time we came back from a hike someone was waiting for us with a bright smile with cold towels to cool our faces and a delicious cold drink. The floor was wiped instantly to dry it off so it’s not slippery every time. They just got every small detail right. Dedys dedication in taking photos of us both with his drone and camera was unmatched. Elsewhere you would pay the price of this entire trip just for a photo shooting like that. Dedy also made an effort to reverse the itinerary and adjust our timing for certain spots in order to avoid large crowds which was much appreciated too. The boat was incredible as well. Fantastic outside lounge under the sun sail with comfy sunbeds and bean bags. One of the biggest highlights for us was swimming with a number of huge manga rays in crystal clear water in a beautiful setting with abundant healthy coral and colorful fish. Thanks everyone, we are truly beyond grateful for this experience!

Review Body: Two nights on the Gammara and it was simply spectacular. The itinerary was thoughtfully arranged so that we reached the popular spots with as few other people around as possible, and that made an enormous difference. At every stop our guide Amir never rushed us. He took the most incredible photos and drone shots of our family, and shared just enough about each place to make it meaningful without overwhelming us. And then the Gammara herself. What a beauty. The whole boat is gorgeous and genuinely comfortable, and the crew were wonderful: always smiling, always accommodating, always a step ahead of what we needed. We felt safe and completely welcomed the entire time. There was also so much food. We especially loved what they modestly called "snacks" at 4pm, which was really a full-blown meal. In the evenings, once we were moored for the night, we jumped straight off the boat into the water and had the most fantastical time. If I had one suggestion, it would be to serve more Indonesian food at lunch or dinner. The local dishes we did have were some of our favourites, and we would happily have eaten more of them. I would book the Gammara again any day.

Review Body: What an epic trip. The crew made the whole experience feel so special from start to finish. Welcoming, fun, respectful and always helpful. The food was incredible too… honestly felt like we were being fed 6 meals a day with snacks and refreshments constantly appearing 😂 A special shoutout to Amir, our guide and photographer for the amazing underwater shots and glam photos… genuinely felt like the beginning of my influencer career haha. But seriously, the photos captured the trip perfectly. The itinerary and timing were flawless, we beat the crowds at most stops. Amir’s knowledge and experience really showed, from understanding the currents to choosing calm overnight anchoring spots, everything felt smooth, safe and perfectly planned. The boat (named Gammara) was great, spacious with shades (which you realise you really need after hours in the sun), the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The aircon made sleeping so comfortable after long days in the sun. Absolutely worth the splurge. One of the most memorable travel experiences I’ve had.

Review Body: We had the most wonderful trip and genuinely cannot recommend it enough. We did the 3 day 2 night Komodo Phinisi onboard Gammara and it was incredible. The food was the best food I’ve ever had and there was so much of it. We thought Komodo Island would be the highlight but every place we went to was better than the last. We had the best time at Manta Point, Pink Beach, and all the other excursions. Snorkelling was a big priority of ours and this trip was perfect. The boat and rooms were perfect, the crew were the most lovely people and the tour guide was exceptional. They took incredible photos and videos to remember the trip and the other people onboard were lovely. We had the perfect mix of time as a group and time in our couples. We were worried it would be a loud party boat but this was not the case. It was a much more relaxed atmosphere and felt a little older than some of the other party boats. This was so worth the price. If you’re looking for a trip to Komodo this is the one to choose!

Review Body: We had an incredible 3D2N cruise around Komodo Island with East Indonesia group! 🌊✨ Some of the highlights were the breathtaking sunrise at Padar Island, the magical sunset watching loads of bats take flight, and the amazing snorkeling spots where the fish and corals were vibrant. The food onboard really good — we were so lucky to have a fantastic chef who went above and beyond, even accommodating my pescatarian diet with delicious meals every day. Kudos to our guide, Deddy, who truly made this trip even more special. He was incredibly skilled with the photography and drone shoots — we can’t wait to see all the beautiful moments he captured for us! 📸 The boat itself was in good condition, and the rooms were small but perfectly decent and comfortable for a cruise. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Komodo!

Review Body: We had an amazing time on this trip. I was a bit worried about having a small room on the boat but actually it didn’t matter at all - we spent most of the time on the deck or doing activities. Huge selection of food and you’re so taken care of. The guide and the boat staff were amazing. They did everything they could to look after us, we always had refreshing drinks and cold towels waiting for us after activities. Movie nights were fun and the activities were amazing. We saw baby black tip sharks, Komodo dragons, sea turtles, manta rays and lots more. We also loved the other people on our boat. I would only say you need to be able to be at least moderately active as there is some walking/ hiking involved and one longish swim - but you can always opt out of activities and stay on the boat. Thanks for an amazing trip Amir and team!

Review Body: Absolutely incredible experience! We would recommend taking this trip with Gammara in a heartbeat. The entire crew was so friendly and welcoming and in particular, special thanks to our guide Amir who was outstanding. You can’t control nature but due to the careful planning and the expertise of the crew, we managed to arrive at every destination just ahead of the crowds to enjoy each location uninterrupted, and were lucky enough to spot manta rays, sharks, turtles and Komodo dragons. Unreal. Sailing and relaxing on the beautiful boat was amazing too, and we can’t fail to mention the outstanding food created by the chef every day. Review Body: We absolutely enjoyed the cruise - 3 days, 2 nights sailing in Komodo exceeded our expectations. The boat was beautiful and well maintained, facilities were good, food was great, and the crew made sure we had everything we needed. All the activities (especially snorkling and sunrise in Padar island) were great, and our guide Amir was amazing, making sure we got most out of the trip. The group we shared the trip with was also great, and the group being small enough and the boat big enough allowed to have enough private space too. One of the nights we found sleeping on the upper deck a bit difficult as the boat was rocking quite a bit on the waves. Otherwise everything went well. Would highly recommend!
