- Reschedule PolicyYou’ve got a couple of choices, and it all depends on how much time you have before the scheduled guided motorcycle tour dates you need to cancel. You can switch the participant’s name! If you cancel your booking after confirmation, the host may withhold part of your deposit for incurred costs. Cancellation fees are as follows: More than 120 days before departure: 50% refund, date change, or rider substitution possible. 120-90 days before departure: 25% refund, date change, or rider substitution possible. 60 days or less before departure: No refund, date change, or rider substitution possible. If the host cancels the tour due to safety concerns, you will receive a full refund. The host is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as pre-paid tickets or hotel reservations. We may need to reschedule, cancel, or change itineraries and are not liable for any resulting losses or inconvenience. No refunds will be issued once the tour begins.

Her team is made up of skilled riders who know Lombok inside out, carefully planning routes that take bikers through dense jungles, rocky climbs, and stunning beaches. But it’s not just about the thrill – Hannah also makes sure the tours give back. A portion of earnings supports local communities, from funding English lessons to helping women artisans. For Hannah, it’s all about adventure with purpose, making every ride meaningful.
