Review Body: Hands down the best experience I‘ve had on Bali, possibly the best trail ride ever! Dede went above and beyond to make sure I had a beyond perfect day. Not too slow, never too fast. Great single tracks through the bamboo forest and volcanic sand tracks everywhere on the flank of Mt Batur. Hard to stay focused with the breathtaking views along the way! And the delicious lunch buffet was just the cherry on top. My gratitude goes toward Dede for being so patient, relaxed yet professional and most of all, for giving me such a fantastic memory!

Review Body: Don't think twice, these guys are pro in all aspects, this is the best attraction in the island! I booked the 8hr tour, round trip Ubud to Mt. Batur with a 150cc Kawi, and I can't complain. The tour was perfect! It was low season, so I found myself alone, which made me worry at first,... but boy this was worthy! In the end I actually felt on a private lesson with my guide Dex, who is a pro rally/enduro rider and certified coach. I have experience riding larger bikes on asphalt, but the tour/class with Dex is something I am taking forever with me, and hopefully will evolve into a new hobby off road. I started my first hour all stiff and lost on dirt, but little by little he dropped some vital techniques, one at a time, adapting my skills to every new challenge proposed. By mount Batur I was already flying on deep sand, dirt, rocks, ridges... confident enough to have way more fun than I could imagine! I started with rice paddies (learned proper posture on this type of bike), later some jungle (learned flat turns), soon a bamboo forest (momentum x obstacles), went down a dry river bed (learned to ride on scary deep soft sand), went up the valley (learned hill climb). By the time we reached the black lava, I used all learned on a unique terrain that looks like another planet. On the way back we went through single tracks through the rain forest, and that was hyper cool, sliding and rushing between trees, confident on the bike and on myself. But don't get me wrong, the tour is not all about dirt bike experience... you are signing up for an adventure! You will meet several locals and chat with them, you will see a beautiful side of Bali where you won't find other tourists. And these guys are pro, they will adapt according to your needs, skills and preferences. I tailored the tour to my liking. Dont be afraid to try the same, give them a call if you are in doubt or have any special requests/preferences. After all, they are all about the adventure! Un grande abrazo a Allan, Dex y a todo el equipo! If I'm lucky enough to visit Bali again, I'm surely dropping by their shop for another tour.

Review Body: We did the Bali to Sumbawa trip with Adventure Riders in September 2017 and I would highly recommend hitting the road with them. We started in Ubud and covered some exciting spots in central Bali, ripping it up in the black sand of the volcanic crater and exploring real Balinese villages and temples. Then we headed east to Lombok. Lombok is a riders dream with excellent roads and a vast diversity. From the colourful and picturesque seaside towns of the east to the mystique of the jungle villages of Rinjani to the vast surf coast with amazing ocean vistas to the beautiful lush interior of jungles and waterfalls and even….a super hi way. Lombok is an appealing island to explore. Without the tourist fanfare of Bali, Lombok has a lot to offer and a motorbike is the best way to really discover it. We then headed east to Sumbawa and hit the southern surf coast where we spent a few nights at the perfectly chilled Whales & Waves Resort and explored the south coast. This was a great base to explore from. It is pristine and remote with spectacular surf spots and remote trails to blaze. The crew are top notch with an obvious passion for adventure. They know the lay of the land and seemed quite experienced navigating the quirks of remote Indonesia, directing us smoothly to perfect destinations daily for a relaxing sunset Bintang and a good story. We stayed in some fine laid back resorts, off the beaten track and covered some incredibly diverse environments. From full on mountain climbs to remote traditional villages, waterfalls, remote secret beaches, volcanic craters, jungles, temples and the best nasi goreng in town. These guys know all the good spots. The bikes were good and they were well prepared with a standby mechanic and good planning. This is a great way to see Indonesia for those looking for a real adventure and Adventure Riders have laid out some exciting routes Never a dull moment. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to go again in 2019.

Review Body: I knew how to ride a motorbike but it had been a longggg time, and I was fairly new to off road riding. We spent two whole days riding through Bali, it was rainy season and that made everything extra gnarly but it sort of added to the madness. It was incredible, unforgettable, madness. The guys were super super friendly and helpful, and most importantly they didn't baby me just because I was the inexperienced one (and the only female) - they TAUGHT me how to ride better. It's an unbelievable way to see Bali, a totally different experience, and it's completely off the beaten track - literally. I love Bali but it's full of been there done that experiences now, 600 other people queuing to get their insta-photo at the same cliched tree swing. This, this is not for instagram. This is something that will put your mettle to the test. You'll see a side of Bali that most don't. I had such a laugh, I was terrified and challenged the whole time but never felt in danger or like I'd had enough. I will definitely do this again and I will even do a longer tour. This is really something else.

Review Body: I chose to join a day tour to Kintamani / Batur volcano on a rather late notice and all was beautifully set up straight away. I was joined by Allan & Krishna, and basically had a private as if “one on one” lesson by two very experienced guys. Awesome. Excellent bike provided. All safety gear & clothes too. Both Allan & Krishna told me all various details and techniques of off road riding and it was very enjoyable trying to put these into practice. I loved riding thru “back alleys” between rice paddies etc, we were often the only people there, no tourists, occasionally some locals collecting bits or cooling in a waterfall. Allan took lots of excellent pictures too and I’d like to think we all clicked in well and had an awesome time. Can’t recommend this enough. And I only dropped the bike twice :-)

Review Body: Near new bike awesome tour everything from off road jungle, rice paddy’s, farm land and rain forest. I even accidentally lost control of the bike and twisted the forks and buckled the wheel. They were open and honest about costs to repair and gave me a fair price. This didn’t even stop us from rising we just got a spare and kept going to the volcano area. Also visited a local only waterfall and the roads there are those epic windy roads up and down the mountain you just can’t ride on in Australia. Can’t wait to do it again and hopefully not destroy one of their new bikes they brought a month ago. Thanks guys Scott Mason

Review Body: I went with these guys on an action packed day from Ubud to Kintamani. From start finish was a great day out, they supplied me with a Kawasaki 250 which was great as most people only use the 150s around Indonesia. We had a good mixture or forest, rice fields, roads and gravel and of course an abundance of scenery. Even as an experienced rider they kept me on my toes, adjusting the routes to suit my needs. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a 5 star tour. Will definitely be back for a second run :)

Itinerary Day 1

Itinerary Summary: Today you will be riding across Ubud's rice paddy, up to the lava sand hills on Mount Batur.

Itinerary Description: This trip is a whole day of dirt bike riding. We meet at Bali Funtastic outside Ubud at 9:15 am. https://goo.gl/maps/7pKEruW92Rg2hcj17 Jl. Tirta Tawar, Tegallalang, Kec. Tegallalang, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80561 You’ll have time for a coffee or a cold drink while kitting up and getting a briefing from the guides. First we ride from Ubud in the morning, through the rice fields leading into tropical rainforests. From there up through small tracks towards Kintamani. We stop for coffee somewhere in an orange plantation before riding to the Batur Crater. There we have lunch. After lunch we ride into the crater to the volcanic black sand of Mount Batur. We get a good view of the crater lake before heading south past Mount Agung on more forest trails and single tracks leading down to Ubud where we finish about 4:30 pm Our English speaking guides will take pictures throughout the ride, once uploaded to google drive we’ll send you a link. If you have an action cam or want to stop and take pictures yourself there will be plenty of time for that as well.
