This is for curious travellers who want more than just ticking off a bucket list moment — it’s about feeling the heart of Bali too.What to ExpectPrivate pick-up from your hotel (Ubud, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, or Sanur areas).Begin trekking Mount Batur around 3.30am with an experienced guide and headlamp provided.Reach the summit (1717m) just before sunrise, enjoy breakfast and hot drinks at the top.Take in panoramic views — if the weather’s clear, spot Mount Rinjani in Lombok!Walk around the crater rim while learning about Mount Batur’s history and geology.Option to stop at a local coffee farm for freshly brewed Bali coffee on the way back.Option to visit the Batur Natural Hot Springs afterward (add-on available).Good to KnowThe terrain is rocky and gets steep and slippery in certain sections — normal fitness level is fine, but proper shoes are a must!It’s chilly at the summit — bring a jacket and long trousers.Light breakfast (banana sandwich + hard-boiled egg) and hot drink provided at the summit.This is a private trip — just you, your group, and your guide (no big crowds!).Flashlight/Headlamp, trekking pole, and water bottle included.Prepare around 5–6 hours for the full experience including pick-up and drop-off.Pick-up time is between 1.30am - 2.30am depending on where you’re staying.The trek is around 2 hours uphill to the summit at 1717 metres. First half is fairly manageable, second half gets steeper and a bit slippery but is considered suitable for beginners with reasonable fitness. Descent is easier but watch your step as some areas are loose gravel. Total hiking time is roughly 4 hours (up and down).
