Review Body: We had a great time on the mangrove kayak tour with Masyi who gave us loads of information about the area and answered all our (many) questions! Would recommend, particularly if wanting to be more environmentally conscious and avoid feeding the animals like many of the other cheaper tours do. Tour was a mix of kayaking, boat trip, swim, cave and lunch which was delicious.

Review Body: Did a half day mangrove tour. It was simply amazing. Small numbers, very respectfull towards nature (no eagle, monkey feeding), wonda our guide was very kind and knowledgeable, he has an eagle eye for spotting wild life, whilst other operators were racing the waters, we actually took our time to see animals and to get a feeling of the mangroves.

Review Body: Wonderful and nature-respecting tour! I highly recommend over the others. Great insight of the ecosystem and love for the nature. We saw eagles, snakes, dolphins, owls, monkeys, crabs etc. Naturally this cannot be guaranteed but the guides have a good eye and knowledge. We experienced the Unesco mangrove tour with Masyi!

Review Body: My partner and I joined a mangrove boat tour in Langkawi this week and had a fantastic experience. Our guide, Jien, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the mangroves, the wildlife, and the importance of protecting this unique ecosystem.
What really stood out was the genuine care shown for the environment. Throughout the tour, Jien shared fascinating insights about the mangroves and the many species that call them home, helping us appreciate just how special this habitat is.
One of the highlights was travelling in a smaller boat, which allowed us to explore the narrower mangrove channels and get much closer to the natural surroundings. We were lucky enough to spot a mangrove viper wrapped around tree branches, several bats in their natural habitat within a cave, and beautiful eagles soaring overhead.
We particularly appreciated the company’s commitment to responsible tourism. Unlike some tours, they do not feed the wildlife, recognising that this is not in the animals’ best interests and can disrupt the natural balance of the ecosystem. It was refreshing to support a company that clearly prioritises conservation and the long-term wellbeing of the environment.
This was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our time in Langkawi. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves nature and wants to support a company that is genuinely committed to protecting the environment for future generations.

Review Body: Amazing Mangrove Boat Tour in Langkawi!
This mangrove boat tour was both peaceful and exciting — the perfect way to experience Langkawi’s natural beauty. Cruising through calm waters surrounded by majestic cliffs and lush greenery was simply breathtaking.
Our captain was a true hawk-eye — he brought us right up close to see monkeys, monitor lizards, crabs, mud skipper, bats, eagles, and even a mangrove pit viper! Our guide, Shafwan, was calm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. His clear English and gentle voice made learning about the mangrove ecosystem, wildlife, and local culture so enjoyable.
I really admire their commitment to sustainability — no wildlife feeding or disturbance, unlike other tours we saw giving monkeys white bread. They even provide water in reusable glass bottles, which was such a thoughtful eco-friendly touch.
With only eight of us on board, the tour felt private, peaceful, and personal. Highly recommend joining their tour to enjoy Langkawi’s nature responsibly while supporting operators who truly care about wildlife and the environment!

Review Body: We had an amazing experience this morning on the shared tour with our Guide, Wan Rodhiah and our captain, Mee. The tour was in a small group, so it felt personal and relaxed. It was incredibly informative and clearly explained - we truly appreciated their knowledge and guidance.
We learned a lot about mangroves, and Rodhiah took the opportunity during low tide to go on land with us and show and explain the most important things about the mangrove ecosystem. We also learned about limestone forests and many other fascinating aspects of the area.
During the tour, we saw walking fish, fishing eagles, monkey families (we made sure not to feed them) and even some special birds. We also kept an eye out for snakes, though we didn’t see any.
We are very grateful for all the insights we received and for the respectful way we were shown these beautiful spots.
Thank you for your dedication to protecting nature - it really made our experience unforgettable!

Review Body: If you are looking for a tour that delivers actual value and insight, this is the one. The Countryside Biking Tour is excellent, but the guide, Masyi, is what makes it worth the time.
She is exceptional. She possesses extensive knowledge of Langkawi’s ecosystem, including specific details on the local animals and plant life. She didn't just recite a script. She actually taught us about the surroundings.
From a logistical standpoint, Masyi was professional and practical. She immediately assessed the cycling skill level of our group and adjusted the pace accordingly. She was helpful with questions and, most importantly, she practiced excellent safety protocols throughout the ride.
I highly recommend this tour. Specifically, ensure you book Masyi if you want a competent guide who prioritizes safety and education.

Review Body: We've booked the UNESCO Geopark Mangrove Cruise and had Francis as guide. His calm personality really enriched his storytelling during our cruise which was packed with helpful insights and information. The ecological aspect of the tour was the most important part and while other tours fed the monkeys for example, Francis fed us with knowledge 😁 about the island, history and importance of the mangroves. We've seen the beautifully weird mudskippers, white-bellied sea eagle, brahminy kites, bats and long-tailed macaques.
After leaving the mangroves you'll cruise a distance along the open sea. You'll catch a few waterdrops but won't get wet. We can highly recommend the tour and team. Thanks a lot for the great morning cruise 🙏. (This review isn't paid or written by travel influencers or AI, just happy customers)

Review Body: Masyi was a perfect guide with a wealth of knowledge in fauna and flora. She had a lot of insight on the Island, its history and a keen eye for spotting animals which made the tour that much better. We got to see a range of wildlife and fruit growing along the journey. The local waterfall at the end was very relaxing after cycling with a range of local snacks to try (which looked amazing and tasted even better!). Some of the locals also gave us some mangosteen to eat which were delicious.
Whilst cycling on the main road, the staff tailed us to ensure our safety, and provided us with mineral water so we were well hydrated. The bikes were in perfect condition, road and off road safe with helmets.
I highly recommend the tour to explore langkawi and learn about its history and nature.

Review Body: This was the best tour of our whole time in Malaysia. Our guide Rodhi was absolutely incredible. Her knowledge was brilliant and she told us things we would never have discovered.
This tour is great, you see the sights and culture and learn about the geology and biodiversity of the island. Eye opening and a joy to stand in the moment and hear all about your surroundings. We saw all sorts, local housing, monitor lizards, mudskippers, kingfishers, poisonous plants, useful plays, waterfalls and so much more. The cycling isn’t strenuous and you are on quiet roads.
The local sweets treats at the end were a great way to end the adventure! Thank you Rodhi for such a great trip!

Review Body: The bikes were comfortable and the guides made sure I was happy with the bikes and knew how to ride. It was a relatively easy ride (I'm 65 and not a regular cyclist). It was great to enjoy a quieter and a more rural and traditional area of the island away from Cenang. The guides shared a lot of knowledge about the local culture and flora and fauna. Lovely snacks were provided and water. The waterfall at the end of the ride was wonderful. A great way to explore a different side of Langkawi.
I would like to thank the 3 guides Ain, Ayra and Marsyi. They were professional, caring, and well informed . They obviously enjoy their job. Thank you for an enjoyable trip. :-)

Review Body: We did the Langkawi biking tour and it was absolutely incredible. Our guides were knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. The bike tour took us through rice friends, local villages and finished at the Durian Waterfall. Some highlights include seeing Gurung Raya, spotting many local birds and fruits along the journey and trying some local desserts at the end! This tour company is local, thoughtful and ethical in every sense. My partner and I loved it so much that we booked a mangrove tour with them later in the week. This company is such a great one to support!

We had a timeless experience exploring the mangroves with our amazing guide Azri — we learned so much thanks to his knowledge and passion. He’s truly a passionate and engaging guide!Special thanks to our captain as well — incredibly skilled and super friendly
The landscapes were absolutely breathtaking, and the whole team showed real care and respect for the environment.
Seeing wildlife up close in their natural habitat was beyond anything we had imagined.

Review Body: We had an amazing time on the mangrove cruise. Jien was an exceptional guide whose knowledge and passion for the area truly stood out. It was clear he genuinely cared about the conservation of the mangroves and the wildlife that call it home. We especially appreciated how he highlighted the negative impact of other tours feeding the eagles and monkeys, and his commitment to responsible, ethical tourism. The whole experience was informative, enjoyable, and unforgettable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

Review Body: Fantastic agency!! One of the few that offers eco-friendly tours on Langkawi and doesn't feed the animals during excursions! (This is very harmful to them and pollutes the local flora and fauna.) We booked the mangrove excursion, and our guide, Wanda, was amazing. She took the time to explain the history of the area and answer our questions—it was very informative! We saw lots of animals along the way, and we were even lucky enough to spot dolphins 🐬
Highly recommended!

Review Body: We had a brilliant experience with Jungle walla on our tour! Our guide Ain was incredibly informative and took great care of us. It was lovely to know we weren't contributing to some of the damaging behaviours seen of other tours in the area and to learn about the environment and species around the mangroves. Our driver was also great and we would absolutely use the service again.

Skip the busier mangrove routes and discover Kubang Badak.
Away from Langkawi’s busier tourist routes, Kubang Badak River offers a quieter way to experience the island’s wild side. This lesser-known corner of Langkawi is where calm waterways, mangrove forests and ancient limestone landscapes come together — with fewer crowds and more space to truly take in the surroundings.Paddle through the peaceful river at water level, where the slower pace lets you notice the details often missed on a typical sightseeing trip. With a naturalist guide leading the way, discover the wildlife, plants and stories that make this ecosystem special — from sea eagles and kingfishers soaring overhead to mudskippers and monitor lizards along the mangrove banks.Beyond the scenery, Kubang Badak reveals layers of Langkawi’s natural and cultural history. Visit old charcoal kiln ruins that tell the story of traditional mangrove charcoal production, and explore Pinang Cave, an ancient sea cave shaped by changing sea levels thousands of years ago.End the adventure with a refreshing swim at Jemuruk Island before enjoying lunch at a local floating restaurant. More than just a kayaking trip, this is a chance to explore a quieter, less-seen side of Langkawi — where nature, history and adventure come together. What to Expect4-hour join-in kayaking trip from Kubang Badak JettyShort safety briefing and basic paddling tutorial before startingRelaxed paddle through the mangrove forest reserve with an English-speaking nature guideWildlife spotting opportunities for birds, mudskippers and monitor lizardsStops at an old charcoal kiln and Pinang CaveSwim stop at Jemuruk IslandSet lunch at a local floating restaurantKayak equipment and bottled water includedGood to KnowMeet-up is at Kubang Badak Jetty.
