Review Body: Had a really amazing experience with the Team at Avant-Garde Art Space. Went for the customisation of our own personal Paper Shoot Camera and had a wonderful time painting away. The team was patient and always ready to help when we needed it. Though the space was small, and there were many people, it didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Instead, there was a sense of warmth at the venue, to have many like-minded creatives gather to paint. 10/10 would recommend taking up any of the activities organised by them! :D Also, we were not chased away despite the activity having a time-limit. They are too kind <3 P.S.: Say hi to their lovely doggo :)

Review Body: Love the place, it is like a hidden gem in an industrial building. All materials provided for the paper shoot camera even the 64GB SD card which I had initially thought was not included. There was no time limit for me, a lot of space to work with, acrylic paints, brushes, water, paper towels, pencil and eraser as well. A nice layer of varnish over the finished work for about 10-15mins really helped seal the work and made it brighter too since is the glossy varnish. Thanks for the refreshment as well the weather is really hot.

Review Body: The employee guided me through a step by step process of what to paint first and it was really helpful since I don’t have any painting experience. She also helped me fix the jellyfish since I had no idea what I was doing and it looks so much better now. I didn’t feel rushed at all and the music she put on was a good vibe. I loved this activity and would absolutely come back with friends!!

The environment of the studio was super chill as well, super satisfied with our visit and would definitely recommend others to do the same too! Review Body: Was a really cool experience to paint and set up the camera . Shop is small but cosy with friendly vibes. The staff were constantly walking around, checking and asking if we need help. Free drinks available too!

Review Body: The place was a little small for our big group of 6 but cozy enough. We enjoyed learning how to blend colors and the teachers were very friendly & patient, very willing to help enhance and guide us in our artworks whenever we needed help. My 3 kids (ages 7,10,13) enjoyed themselves tremendously! So did their Granny, Aunt and my nephew (age 16) 🙂 In addition, the PhotoShoot Cam is super cool 👍🏻 Perfect for kids.

Review Body: Decided to do a new activity for my birthday and attended the Art & Music Jam | Paint & Play a Ukulele session with a friend. We were welcomed to SGM to learn the basic of playing an ukulele with light-hearted and refreshing methods. After an hour of learning about chords, strumming patterns and attempting to play Despacito as a team of 4, we moved over to Avant-Garde to play on a brand new ukulele. (And they have a puppy called Merah 💯) With the guidance of the staffs who played a major role, making the entire experience extremely enjoyable as they listened to what I liked to paint on my personal ukulele without being intrusive and judgement, and helped to achieve the color and design that I had in mind. The comforting environment, amazing staffs and Merah can make you forget about your troubles just for that few hours and immerse in painting. Definitely an experience to remember for a life time and would return again if they have another workshop that strikes my interest. They also gave me a present for my birthday! (I forgot to take my ukulele bag 😂 so remember to grab yours before leaving!)

Itinerary Description: Based on reference materials of their own choosing, participants will be guided to paint on the external cover of the camera. Upon completion, the camera will be assembled. Take as long as you like to paint and assemble your camera - no time limit! Participants will then explore the area while taking photos with their cameras.
