孙先生几乎是在机缘巧合下开始了他的咖啡之路。自 2005 年起，他拥有一座咖啡农场，但当时经验并不多，也因此无意间以近乎有机的方式照料作物。2010 年，来访的咖啡专家对他咖啡豆的品质感到惊喜，并鼓励他继续深入发展。经过多年的学习与尝试，他在 2013 年迎来了重要里程碑：他的咖啡在 SCAA 评分体系中获得了 80 分以上。除了生产高品质的精品咖啡，孙先生也坚持公平实践——与农民直接合作，确保他们获得更好的收入，并推动可持续发展。他的努力帮助拉近了越南咖啡种植者与各地咖啡爱好者之间的距离。
