Nam 从 2012 年开始经营游船，起初只有一个简单的想法：在与环境和当地社区和谐共处的前提下，把下龙湾的美分享给更多人。Nam 和他的团队一直努力减少塑料垃圾——把一次性用品换成可重复使用的替代品，甚至在每间客舱都提供竹制水瓶。他也持续推动清理行动，并建立合作项目，支持海湾与附近村庄的发展。他这种踏实而用心的方式，让 Bhaya 成长为不只是一趟游船体验，更成为这片地方的一部分。
