Review Body: The 3D2N trip was a great choice. We were able to immerse ourselves in the bay. The excursion to the island is totally worth it, trust me. We had such a great time kayaking, biking, swimming in such beautiful locations. If you haven’t been, Halong Bay is must when coming to Vietnam. The boat is beautiful, rooms are spacious, top deck is fabulous. I wanted to give a special thanks to John our tour director, and Tony who took us around the Viet Hai village. They are amazing! He made the trip that much better! The ship crew was also impeccable. This team made our stay so memorable. Thanks everyone for the great time and hospitality.

Review Body: Amazing boat with staff that could not do enough for you. Was super impressed with the food and also the excursion to the local village by bike. Only downside was our executive room was located directly below the bar not good when the party was still going on gone midnight - and our jet lag was kicking in. Absolutely fantastic apart from that - thank you.

Review Body: Overall, our 3-day, 2-night cruise in Ha Long Bay was a pleasant experience, though there were several areas that left us feeling underwhelmed, especially when considering the price. The positives: - The scenery was absolutely stunning. Ha Long Bay is breathtaking, and the views from the ship were incredible. The room we stayed in was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a relaxing place to retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff was super friendly and hands-on tough. What could be improved: - The food was a letdown. While the meals were decent, they felt overly Europeanized and lacked the authentic flavors we were hoping for. Furthermore, the menu seemed repetitive, with the same options appearing every second meal. Given the price of the cruise, we expected a much more varied and authentic culinary experience. - One of the key activities we were excited about was kayaking, but unfortunately, this was a major issue. We were told that kayaking had been banned in Ha Long Bay after a couple ‚stole‘ a kayak, which seemed like an odd reason to stop the activity altogether. After a lot of back and forth, we were only allowed to kayak on the final day of the trip for a mere 30 minutes. It felt like a missed opportunity and a huge letdown. - The onboard activities also left much to be desired. For instance, the "cooking class" involved rolling and filling spring rolls, which didn’t feel like a real cooking experience. It was more like a simple demonstration rather than an engaging class. Similarly, the tea ceremony, which was advertised as part of the cruise, was never offered at all, which was disappointing. - The planned activities were generally short, rushed, and not very engaging. They didn’t offer much excitement or cultural immersion, which we had hoped for given the price. The beach we were taken to was super messy and full of dirt. Value for money: Given the cost of the cruise, we felt that the experience didn’t offer good value for money. The food, activities, and overall experience didn’t align with the expectations set by the price tag. We left feeling that we had paid a premium for something that didn’t quite live up to its promise. In summary, while the cruise provided beautiful views and a comfortable stay, the lack of authentic experiences, repetitive food, frustrating kayaking situation, and underwhelming activities made us feel that it didn’t offer value for money. For anyone considering a similar cruise, it’s important to manage expectations, especially regarding the activities and food quality. And: just do a one day trip - that is enough!

Review Body: Liked · From start to finish this was the most amazing experience myself and my friend have ever had. The staff went above and beyond to help at all times. The activities the you do (included in the price) are amazing such as kayaking around the beautiful bays, going to a local village by bike (or electric car) to visit see how local wine is made and you can sample this, visit the local village school and try dripping your feet is a pond where the fish nibble your feet. Also you take a bamboo boat through the caves of the different mountain rocks which is spectacular. You receive a buffet style breakfast, a five course lunch and a five course evening meal which are all up to 5* restaurant standard and following your evening meal the head chef comes round to speak with each party individually to ask how your meal was. In terms of the cabin I don’t think I have ever slept on a more comfortable bed, the room has really good air con and a beautiful view of the bay with floor to ceiling window (this is darkened from the outside so no one can see in). The bathroom is breathtaking with the bath situated infront of a giant window again to enjoy the view and relax. To reiterate this was the most exceptional experience myself and my friend have ever had and can not recommend enough. If we return to halong bay we will without a doubt be booking this cruise again. Review Body: The Aspira experience is one you absolutely won’t regret you splurged on. I usually travel on the low-budget end but I’m so glad I treated myself to this! My room was amazing - comfortable bed, big glass window looking out to the water, a balcony, a BATHTUB. All spick and span. Lots of activities offered that you also can opt out of if you just want to hang out on the ship instead. Kayaking, cooking, swimming from the beach, cave/monkey-viewing boat ride. Our guide Arrow was so accommodating and kind. He always was prompt in responding to my messages when I was trying to make my plans and totally took care of getting me to and from the cruise, which alleviated a lot of the stress that can come with travel plans. And it goes without saying that the staff were phenomenal. Super friendly and ready to help with any concern that you might have had. I only did two days, one night which felt packed to the brim with things to do but I’m sure the three day, two nights would be great if you wanted to do a bunch but also feel like you were going at a little more of a relaxed pace. 10 out of 10!

Review Body: Liked · The boat is very new and really comfortable. The room is amazing with a bathroom, many people want to have it at home. A bathtube with the view over the Halong bay. You feel like a king or princess. The staff is unbelievable friendly and do everything that the customers think they are in Paradies. The food is really 5 stars. The activities are perfect. The price for what you get is more than good. Perfect , really perfect everything and every minute. Also after the Cruise the Staff cares about you and ask if everything was fine and if you need help. Also the Trips for the following places you can book there. I went to Hanoi and booked with Aspira a tour to Ninh Bin. It was awesome. We had bad weather, but every second was amazing. The boattour through the caves was one of the best I have ever seen. And I really travel a lot. I take home in my heart : the Staff !!!! Disliked · Everything was more than perfect and I will do it again when I come back. Aspira Cruise was the best Choice . Review Body: Liked · We had a wonderful fun time on Aspira Cruise Boat. Especially our crew was extraordinarily welcoming and warm hearted. Our travel guide Arrow was very kind and so likeable. He stayed with us the whole trip, from pick up in Hanoi, the cruise and back to Hanoi. He made sure that we had everything we needed. Transfer was also very good, easy and punctual. Although the trip wasn't fully booked, all activities were taking place and our little group fitted together very well so that our experience got very special. The food was excellent as well and our room was super nice with great views of Halong Bay. Definitely can recommend this cruise to the fullest. Thanks again to all the staff. You guys were amazing. :)

Trip from Hanoi to Ha Long was very comfortable 5. Food was good, multiple options available. 6. Service in totality was fabulous. Aspira was my first luxury cruise experience and I am very impressed with it. I would like to recommend this cruise to everyone and myself have more trips with them. Crew was very nice and helpful, capable of making up any loopholes, if there is any. If there were more stars than five, I would have given them all. Disliked · Entire crew was so wonderful that I can't say anything that I didn't like.

Review Body: The cruise is definitely one of the best new cruise in the bay. The food was excellent and not to be missed! Every meal had various courses and was a great fine dining experience. The rooms are modern & luxurious with great views of the bay. Last but not the least, the staff are probably the best part of the experience. Manager Mr. Ha. and asst manager Mr. Hoang really go out of the way to make every passenger comfortable & attend to any requests. Highly recommended!

Review Body: It’s rare that my expectations are exceeded and Aspira certainly did that. From the luxury bus pick up to brand new boat, everything was new, clean, and comfortable. There wasn’t anything the staff wouldn’t do to make you happy. Great food and the chef will cater to your food preferences and allergies. As a bonus, the weather was sunny and my daughter caught two squids during one of the free evening activities.

Lovely and professional staffs, delicious food, excellent services. Highly recommend for people who visit Halong Bay. Bus will take you from Ha Noi to Ha Long, you will have a day tour on Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay on a very beautiful ship, then back to Ha Noi afterward by bus.

Itinerary Description: 7:30 - 8:00am: Pick-up guests who book our shuttle bus transfer service, you will be picked up at your hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. Moving through the expressway and shortly arrive at Tuan Chau Marina. If transfer from Hanoi is not required, we will see you at Aspira guest station at Lot 38 Tuan Chau Marina, Tuan Chau island at around 11:30 – 11:45 AM. 11:30 – 12:00pm: Arrive in Tuan Chau Wharf . From here, you will transfer by Tender to ASPIRA CRUISE 12:30 – 12:45pm: Check-in Aspira Cruise. You will be served a welcome drink and provided with a cold/warm towel. This will be followed by a cruise briefing where you will also be given safety instructions before checking in to your cabin. We will set sail and you will have lunch in our luxury restaurant while enjoying the beauty of the canals on our way to the Bay. 14:30 – 15:30pm: We arrive at Dark and Lights Cave, where you can do kayaking or bamboo boat rowed by local people. Transferring guests to Tender boat and disembark to Viet Hai Village where is located on the valley of Cat Ba National Park with a lot of karks mountains. 09:45am: Discover Viet Hai village. In the Viet Hai wharf, you get bicycles or electric car and go sightseeing to Viet Hai Village (about 4km). A small village deep in the valley, surrounding with mountains and beautiful scenery. 12:00 – 13:00pm: Back to the tender boat for lunch. Embark and enjoy lunch on board. Then take relax, sunbathe. Boats will take you away on Lan Ha Bay, directly overlooking Ba Trai Dao beaches area. 13:30pm: You go kayak explore the area of the Ba Trai Dao to enjoy sunbath and swim on the private beach. 15:30pm: Day boat will take visitors back to the cruise, back to the point overnight on the bay. Having leisure time by doing kayaking around Lan Ha Bay. 9:30am: Return the boat and check out the cabin. 9:30 – 9:45am: Have brunch in restaurant while the boat sails back to pier. 10:30 – 10:45am: Guests move to the tender boat and return to the port. 11:00am: Guests disembark, arrive at Lot 36B Tuần Châu Marina. 11:30 - 12:00am: If transfer to Hanoi Hanoi is not required, Aspira Cruise say goodbye to guests.
