如果你想在繁忙的河内市中心找一处安静歇息，这场充满禅意的越南茶道正适合你。体验将从一段颂钵引导冥想开始，帮助你放松心神，更细致地感受每一道茶汤的微妙风味与层次。在2016年茶艺大师杯冠军 Hung 先生的带领下，你将学习泡茶之道，品尝越南一些难得的好茶，并深入了解越南茶背后的历史、文化与哲学。Hung 先生和太太一直致力于保护、培育并亲手制作来自古茶树的茶叶，这些茶树树龄约在100至700年之间。他们在河江山区经营着一处小型制茶中心，因此你也能近距离了解茶叶，从中认识他们如何在高山上采摘品质最好的茶叶——大多仍沿用传统手工方式。体验亮点由2016年茶艺大师杯冠军 Hung 先生主持的正宗茶道体验了解越南茶的历史故事与茶文化体验充满禅意的泡茶艺术引导冥想（声音疗愈）

Hien Minh Tea 是河内一间传统茶馆，由 Hung 先生和他的妻子共同主理。两人都热爱茶文化，也对茶的细微风味有很深的理解。他们也一直参与保护和培育越南古茶树。他们的茶沿用传统方式制作，制茶师每年两次前往山里制茶。Hung 先生和妻子开设 Hien Minh Tea，是因为他们想把自己对茶的热爱分享给更多人。他们希望打造一个让爱茶之人相聚的地方，一起品味上好的莲花绿茶。这种茶在越南备受珍视，却在海外少有人知。
