走进会安的灵魂，体验一场与众不同的美食之旅——这不仅是一段满足味蕾的旅程，也能滋养内心，并带来值得与他人分享的真挚连接。这不是一般的美食体验，而是一场让你在品味之余也能回馈当地的旅程。品尝七种以上精致的会安当地美食，每一道都像是会安故事里鲜活的一章，例如白玫瑰、Cao Lầu 和黑芝麻甜汤。你还会见到一位百岁故事老人和他的妻子，他们的智慧与经历让不同世代之间有了温暖的连结。行程的一大亮点，是探访当地社会关怀中心，在那里你会与孩子们一起玩耍、互动，分享快乐时光。他们的笑容与欢笑会成为难忘的回忆，也让你真切感受到这个社区最柔软的一面。在一位热爱家乡、土生土长的会安向导带领下，这段旅程将带你发现这座古镇迷人背后的故事与文化珍宝。这趟旅程真正特别之处，在于它带来的善意回响。参加这趟行程，不只是与同行旅人和当地人分享难忘时刻，你也在直接支持社区中处境较弱势的人们。这不只是一场美食之旅，更是一场关于人与人之间连结的庆祝，而善意与温暖，正是它最动人的滋味。行程亮点品尝七种以上会安特色美食，其中有些只有在这里才吃得到。走进当地生活，与居民互动，观察他们的日常节奏。见见一位令人难忘的105岁老人和他的妻子，听他们娓娓道来动人故事。探访照顾孤儿及残障儿童的社会关怀中心。与中心里的孩子们一起玩耍互动，分享轻松快乐的时光。由一位在会安出生长大的热情当地向导陪同。发现拥有千年历史、曾是居民聚集地的巴乐井（Ba Le Well）。温馨提示这是步行美食之旅，只有前往会安社会关怀中心的交通包含在内。客人需自行安排前往集合点的交通，以及行程结束后的返程交通。可考虑为社会关怀中心的孩子们带一份小礼物（非必需）。行程费用不含给向导的小费，但若你愿意表达感谢，我们也很欢迎。

自 2016 年起，Jolie 一直在家中迎接来自各地的客人，把分享食物与文化的家族传统延续下来。多年来，她的家人一直与来访者一起下厨，代代相传着家族珍藏的食谱和烹饪手法。虽然他们并非受过专业训练的厨师，却真正懂得越南家常菜的门道。Jolie 的厨房不只是一堂烹饪课，更是人们围绕食物与日常生活交流连接的地方。她也通过课程帮助有需要的孩子——部分收入会投入一个基金，用来支持少数民族学校里的贫困儿童。和 Jolie 一起，你学到的不只是做菜，更是在参与一件更有意义的事。
