来自黑苗族的单亲妈妈Shu Tan看见了当地年轻人面临的困境——许多人无法完成学业，也找不到稳定工作。她想改变这一切。于是，她创办了一家社会企业——越南第一家由苗族经营的民宿与徒步公司，希望通过旅游回馈社区。在志愿者的支持下，她开设了第一家由苗族经营的民宿、一项关注社会影响的徒步服务，以及一处寄宿设施，帮助少数民族青年获得受教育的机会。公司将利润重新投入奖学金、就业机会和本地培训，着手解决识字率低和经济不稳定等深层问题。和他们同行的每一次徒步，都在为教育出一份力；每一次入住民宿，都在支持一个当地家庭。
