Review Body: We did the farm tour with Amy - and were lucky to be the only ones at that time so got a private tour! As huge fans of specialty coffee, we had the most amazing time, and appreciated being able to ask as many questions as we wanted, with Amy fully explaining absolutely everything about the coffee farming process - all of the science behind the different types of beans, how they get their flavour notes, about different growing conditions, and the differences between arabica beans and robusta. We then got to see examples of all the different coffee plants they grow on the farm, and learn how to identify them, as well as the differences between them, before returning to the farm to learn about the different methods of processing, and see the beans at different stages of fermenting/drying. We were given an excellent cup of hand brew coffee at the start (and a little mini class on the method Amy used) as well. The farm is a little way out of Dalat but it is SO worth a visit for coffee fans - we learnt so much more than we were expecting, and the bonus of the views from the farm across the hills was stunning! Thanks so much for a great afternoon ☕️

Review Body: Incredible tour! Noone else had booked so we ended up having a private tour and learned so much! Very in depth explanation of all of the elements of coffee farming! You can tell this is a very valuable and high quality operation and they care so much about what they do. Happy to answer all questions we had too. Very interacting in every part, from the lessons to roasting and finally cupping. This is the best thing we did in all of Da Lat ❤️

Review Body: Very interesting explanations by the owner about everything regarding coffee plantation. The coffee has no secret for him and now i understand better what is the process from growing the coffee beans to drinking the final product. I could participate in a blind test to compare 4 different sort of coffee. Thanks a lot for the good time i had there and the kindness of the crew.

Review Body: We went to the farm to get excursion on coffee fields, but experienced coffee school. The owner of the farm thought us how the coffee is made, what is responsible of giving coffee its flavour, and much more. We tasted coffee, special tea and also got our hands on tasting different banana species. This was really nice experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Review Body: Mr. Son gave us an outstanding tour which started with an outstanding coffee! We learned a lot about coffee beans and different types of coffee flavors and how they come about. We took a short 1h tour for a bit more than 200k and were asked if we want to book a longer tour (+400k) to also roast and brew our own coffee. Since we only spend one day to explore Da Lat, we didn’t do a full tour, but if you have more time I would definitely recommend it. The farm is beautiful and it’s an unforgettable experience for any coffee enthusiast!

Lerne deinen Gastgeber kennen
