Review Body: Tulip Cruise Ha Long Bay is the definition of ultra-luxury done right. From the moment we stepped onboard, everything felt polished, calm, and effortlessly premium. The ship itself is stunning, with beautiful cabins, immaculate spaces, and views that make you forget the outside world exists. The excursions were brilliantly organised and genuinely memorable. Not rushed, not touristy, just the right balance of adventure, culture, and time to soak in the magic of the bay. What truly elevated the experience was the service. Taylor and Marcus were exceptional. Attentive, warm, and always one step ahead without ever being intrusive. They somehow managed to make everything feel personal and relaxed at the same time. To top it all off, they arranged something incredibly special for me and my girlfriend for a special occasion, and it was handled with so much care and thoughtfulness. It turned an already amazing trip into a once-in-a-lifetime memory. If you’re considering a luxury cruise in Ha Long Bay, Tulip Cruise is in a league of its own. Elegant, heartfelt, and unforgettable

Review Body: We were excited to board the cruise during its first few days of launch. Everything was new and grand. It was pleasant and surreal cruising along the scenic bay. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Kim was warm and chatty. Maria guided us very patiently in the early morning tai-chi sessions as well as my inaugural kayak session. Special shout out to Taylor who took many extra miles to take great care of my family especially the elderly folks during our trek on Cat Ba island. If there was anything suboptimal to mention, it would be the flooding after shower possibly due to the position of the drainage area. Nevertheless it has been a terrific and memorable trip for all of us. Thank you, Tulip Cruise and all the staff!

Review Body: First, let’s talk about the good things - I like to commend the crew and the service staff. They do make an effort to go the extra mile. 100% to these earnest individuals. Our cruise manager was Kim and butler was Flora. - There are sufficient activities and activities are conducted by happy & very helpful crew and service staff! - The rooms are huge and clean. The views are amazing! Aircon works well and a lifesaver in the sweltering heat! - This is a new ship and it is clean and modern looking. Now let’s talk about the not so good things - Overall experience is that the management is cost cutting on this ship even though it is marketed as a luxury tier cruise - Food is borderline bad. In a city with lots of good food at very accessible prices, I am shocked with the food quality. We ate well in the city and ate for sustenance on this ship. The main for our “fine” dining dinner was half a dry lobster, a dollop of mashed potatoes, a laughable piece of broccoli and a fistful of creamed pasta. Buffet meals tasted like cafeteria food. - Drinks in this cruise is 3-4x the price of mainland. For context, cocktails start from VND 311k while cocktails at Hanoi Garden (a Michelin select restaurant) is VND 130k. I have no qualms paying if it tasted good. Again the F&B part falls flat on its face. I will choose water & canned drinks over cocktails for this cruise. - It could be due to language barrier but I was not informed by my butler that my morning latte was chargable. I saw the price of VND 120k only upon check out. Not a big deal, I will pay to support the business but I will not pay 4x the price of mainland for mediocre coffee. - While the ship is new and modern, it does not feel luxurious at all as the whole ship is very hot & stuffy. Their main lobby, main dining room, the gym, the corridors of the walkway are not sufficiently air conditioned. You can feel the sweltering heat and humidity hit you in the face once you step out of the room, making it hard to lounge around the ship. For most times, we are cocooned inside our room where air conditioning is working. - WIFI is patchy at best on this ship. Staff are seen asking for 5 star reviews on travel platforms like TripAdvisor, Google. They literally stand over your shoulder to ensure that you leave a good review while you struggle to access the review page on their patchy WIFI. OH THE IRONY! - If you take their transfers to and from hotel, do note that there will be rest stops in between to tourist traps where you go for shopping, food/ drinks at wildly marked up tourists prices like VND 85k for a bar of Snickers.

Review Body: A beautiful experience, qualified staff, elegant and clean ship. the best in Vietnam to spend a weekend in Halong Bay. The huge and superlative rooms with bathtub overlooking the sea. The care of the staff is amazing from the slippers just climbed on, to the comforts of the bed and especially the activities they offer such as evening fishing activities from the ship. A compliment to RUS our waiter, discreet and quiet. A beautiful experience to redo! I recommend it

Review Body: Very nice experience with this cruise! They told us that it was one of the first cruises this ship did, they started on 1st of January, so we were happy to be the first to experience. The staff is very friendly, from the first moment Brian was our waiter and very friendly to us. We did some kayaking and a very new and wonderful room. I can totally recommend. Greetings from Germany, next time in Vietnam we will definitely come back :)

One of the few 2D1N Lan Ha Bay cruises with both luxury and a unique route
This is one of the few 2D1N Lan Ha Bay cruises that combines a genuinely luxury boat with a more unique itinerary where you dock at Cat Ba (much quieter than the usual docking at Halong Bay) - usually it’s one or the other! While most 2D1N cruises stick to the usual kayaking and swimming stops, this one also includes cycling through Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island - an experience normally only found on longer 3D2N cruises. You’ll also kayak and swim at Ba Trai Dao Beach, one of the most beautiful spots in the bay.The ship itself launched in 2026, so everything still feels fresh and thoughtfully designed. Cabins are spacious, the interiors are elegant, and the overall atmosphere feels calm, polished and genuinely luxurious — the kind of boat where you actually enjoy spending time on board between excursions. And because it's so big and fancy, we would recommend 3D2N on it if you had more time to spare to fully enjoy all the facilities and activities! It’s also one of the most family-friendly luxury cruises in the bay. With a kids’ play area, four-season swimming pool, mini golf course, gym, spa, and elevator access, it works especially well for families travelling with young kids or grandparents who want to explore the bay in comfort.HighlightsCycle or travel by electric car to explore Viet Hai Village – a rare experience on a 2D1N cruiseSwim and kayak in the tranquil waters of Ba Trai Dao BeachJoin a cooking class, enjoy afternoon tea, and watch the sunset over the bayIndulge in a luxury buffet dinner featuring fresh seafood and local specialtiesStart the day with Tai Chi on the sundeck and try night squid fishingAmenities & FacilitiesBrand-new cruise (launching in 2026) with 43 luxury cabinsFour-season swimming pool, mini golf, spa, gym, kids’ play area, and elevatorPrivate ensuite bathrooms with bathtub, hot shower, hairdryer, and toiletriesAir conditioning, TV, bathrobes, and in-room safeWi-Fi in public areasRoom types: Double, Twin, and Family Rooms – all with private balconies
