Review Body: From start to finish the stay was just lovely, the crew and staff are so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate vegan and vegetarian passengers, you’ll never be hungry as they feed you well st at ring with lunch when you arrive onboard, dinner in the evening, breakfast first thing in the morning and brunch before you embark the boat. The boat is lovely, the rooms was clean and comfortable with beautiful views of Halong Bay to enjoy from your balcony or the top deck or the onboard jacuzzi. Very relaxing time onboard there are some activities to enjoy too, like kayaking, swimming, cooking class and squid fishing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice break away!

Review Body: Wow! What a fantastic experience and trip. The staff on the cruise were exceptional. Dong, the main man could not do enough! And the rest of his team were superb. The boat was emasculate. Spotlessly clean. Food was exceptional at every meal. And for a non meat eater I had lots of options. I do eat fish so that was a little easier but you can let them know of dietary requirements and they will accommodate without a problem. Excursions were great. I would advise to go for the kayak over the bamboo boat if you’re reasonably comfortable and fit. The bamboo boat is piloted by someone else but you make your own decisions in the kayak which suited us.

Happy hour was fun with an huge hot tub to enjoy cocktails in while taking in the views! No shortage of good food and you will Not go hungry! Mr Dong was a great host! Review Body: We stayed in the Presidential suite and were quite disappointed. Items in the room didn’t work and there were no instructions on how to use the sauna. We thought there would be some additional complementary items like water or coffee included but there weren’t. Staff were great but unfortunately we were stuck with a large Spanish tour group that made so much noise in the dinning room and shouting at each other from one deck to the next, it made it almost impossible to use the large deck that came with the suite. The staff were nice enough but never around in the reception area when we wanted to resolve some issues with the room. As there are so many other cruise operators, we think the seek Sophie service made booking the trip easy but can’t really recommend the cruise company we went with.

Review Body: The two day cruise, isn’t a 2 day cruise. We were delivered at the boat at 12.30 on day 1 and asked to leave our cabin at 9.30am on day 2, disembarking at 11.30am.its less than 24hrs on the water. The transportation provided by La Casta to ferry the passengers from their hotel to the boat, involved two mandatory stops totalling one hour, at two over priced shopping areas. The crew on the boats were lovely but this cruise is mis sold.

We loved our room so much (honeymoon suite), the activities were great. It was also just such a highlight to just cruise through the bay all day. Couldn’t recommend this enough

Itinerary Description: 7:45 – 8:15: Get picked up from your hotel (Add-on available). 8:15 ~ 11:30: Follow the newest highway connecting Hanoi and Halong. Please note that the shared transfer may include 1–2 short roadside stops along the way for restroom breaks, coffee/snacks, or stretching. These are usually at roadside shops, but there is no pressure or obligation to buy anything. Upon arrival at Station number 17 – OVERNIGHT CRUISE PORT, Tuan Chau Maria, Ha Long passengers will be welcomed by the receptionist at the waiting lounge. 11:30 – 12:00: After taking a rest, our high-speed tender will transfer you to the main boat (Around 25 minutes). Get boarded and warmly welcomed by the crew team with a welcome drink. After that, you will be given a short briefing about the Cruise and safety guidelines at our restaurant. Complete the check-in procedure and check into our suite cabins. 13:00: Enjoy a lunch in the restaurant. Enjoy a morning view of the bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. 08:00: Stroke the stunning views of the Bay and its dramatic limestone islets. Visit the famous Tra Bau, it’s time to freely kayak, swim, and explore the landscape. 09:00: Back to your cabin, relax, and check carefully all the luggage before leaving your cabin. 09:30: Check out and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete checkout procedure and enjoy your brunch on the cruise. 10:30: Enjoy the brunch at the restaurant. 11:30: Disembark at Tuan Chau harbor, we hope you have enjoyed your time with us and wish you a safe onward journey. * Because of cruising conditions, the program may be changed slightly due to specific weather or tide conditions without prior notice to visitors.
