Review Body: I attended a latte art class and it was fantastic. Only 45 min but such a great class. They limit the class to only 2 students which is so nice and we had 2 teachers.
Phu, who hosted the class spoke good English, was very friendly and a a great teacher. I could not have asked for more. Thank you 96B and especially Phu.

We did the brewing and late workshops and had a great time with Nya, Mi (probably wrong spelling, sorry!) and the team. Learned lots and enjoyed evert moment with them. Definitely worth the visit and 100% would do it again.

Review Body: We loved the latte art class, it was a small class with just the two of us and our teacher was very patient with our very beginner milk pouring standards. We learnt a lot and will definately come back to try other classes that they offer. Thank you!

Review Body: I joined a latte art workshop. It was very good experience. Making latte art is hard than it looks. The person who helped me to learn was very nice and helpful.
I would like to join other workshops too.

Review Body: We had an awesome experience! Everyone of the team was so forthcoming and friendly and gave their best to explain two guys, who had no clue about latte art. During the 45 minutes we learned a lot about steaming the milk, pouring the milk and making the actual art on top of it.
For this great experience it was a reasonable price and the cafe was incredible.
Afterwards we had a lovely chat with who we think was the owner. She explained us a bit about the coffee history of Vietnam and gave us some insights.

Review Body: After 1 month of drinking Vietnamese coffee we finally went and learned what it actually is that we are drinking. This experience was very informative and fun. We learned how to make 3 different coffee types and learned some general information about their local business and the coffee they sell.
One thing we also liked was that it was a small group, only 3 people which made it more cozy.
We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend this place if you are coming to Saigon.

Review Body: Had an amazing time learning about the history and origins of coffee, how to make the traditional coffee of Vietnam and the process of cupping. Nghia was very knowledgeable and kept us engaged the whole time, we were sad that the time passed so quickly! 100% would recommend to anyone in the city, especially if you’re a coffee enthusiast like us! Can’t wait to do more workshops in the future, only sad that we don’t have enough time to do more!

Review Body: This was a great experience and was so informative! We learned about Vietnamese coffee and how to properly use a phin to brew coffee, as well as learning how to make egg coffee and coconut coffee (and got to try them all). The host was great, very knowledgeable and open to answering all of our questions. I chose this workshop because it wasn’t as long as some, and for me it was perfect. I would definitely recommend it.

Review Body: Love the friendly atmosphere throughout the workshop! Workshop was kept small and every one had a turn making their own coffee, without being hurried. The second roaster shared his coffee knowledge and spoke excellent English. Hoping to recreate the egg coffee and coconut coffee that I learnt from the workshop! Highly recommend this workshop - even kids can participate (I had my 17, 15 and 13-year old kids join)!

Review Body: 96B cafe & roastery is an exceptional coffee shop that provides a unique experience for coffee enthusiasts. Recently, I had the pleasure of taking a class on the history of coffee with Thai, and it was a truly enlightening experience. Thai's knowledge of coffee's intricacies and the cultural significance of coffee around the world was astounding. The class was not only educational, but it was also a lot of fun.

Review Body: A coffee lovers heaven. Come learn about different Vietnam coffee species that are hard to get anywhere else.
I was lucky enough to spend several hours for the coffee roasting and egg, coconut and phin brewing classes. Each class was deeply informative - thank you so much Ngiah for sharing your knowledge so generously. I’m excited to take these beans home and replicate everything I’ve learned

Review Body: We took the sensory workshop at 96b and it was a very eye opening experience. You get the science and the hands on practice on tasting not only coffee but on tasting anything and how to fully immerse yourself in that experience.
You can also see them doing QC cuppings at different temperatures to train their staff and ensure that you are delivered a high quality product. Highly recommend!

Review Body: The session was supposed to be 90mins but we had amazing 2hours with Ms Thai Dang - the cofounder and partner of 96b. Not only was it a fun session but also informative, creative and full of new knowledge about coffee. Review Body: This course was awesome, the detail of knowledge was exceptional. The atmosphere of the coffee shop is great and my trainer was super friendly and a great teacher. To say he was a 'barista' in an understatement, he was a coffee expert. I learned so much and made some of the best coffee I have ever tasted in my life!

Review Body: Tai was very knowledgeable on coffee history, and teaching us about the different types of beans and smells in the coffee. She was great at teaching us beginners, yet also asking and answering high level questions where our coffee connoisseur of our group was challenged. Not to mention the coffee tastes incredible!

Review Body: We took the Sensory Training and it opened up my mind to smelling and taste. This training is not only for coffee lovers but also people wanting to train their senses.
The baristas are so precise in their preparation of coffee, almost surgical.
