Review Body: Had an amazing time at this workshop, which got us feeling like stepping into a charming little museum dedicated to the art of taxidermy, with a cozy and welcoming vibe. The hosts were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions, whether about the intricate processes involved or fascinating fun facts about butterflies and moths. For the workshop, we could choose four butterfly, and an option to upgrade to rarer butterfly specimens. The hosts were incredibly patient, guiding us step by step—from selecting and pairing our butterflies to arranging them perfectly in the display space. Overall had a really fun experience and a beautiful piece to display at home now!

Review Body: We did a butterfly taxidermy workshop for my girlfriend’s birthday. At first I was apprehensive about doing it but I am happy to say that I had a lot of fun. Em was very well educated on all the questions that we had and made the process very informative and lighthearted. We made two beautiful displays using locally sourced, ethically gathered butterflies and local plants and flowers. Overall the experience was very well worth it and I would highly recommend to anyone remotely interested in insects or taxidermy.

Review Body: This place is quite the gem. We chanced upon it and was so intrigued with what we saw that we signed our 9 year-old up for a workshop on pinning beetles. Miss Faith was so patient in her explanation and great with kids. And certainly made it one of the most memorable experiences ever!

What if preserving nature could help us love it more deeply?
Taxidermy might not be the first thing you think of when it comes to appreciating wildlife, but this one-of-a-kind workshop will change the way you see nature. Led by Vivian, a zoologist and former WWF conservationist, this hands-on experience blends science, art, and a deep love for animals into something truly special. In this workshop, you'll learn fascinating insights about butterflies, moths, and beetles—how they live, why they matter, and their role in the ecosystem. Then, you’ll create your own beautifully preserved butterfly frame or dome, turning delicate specimens into art. Lerne deinen Gastgeber kennen
