Hi! We're looking to book your 2D1N Fansipan tour but I have a few questions to ask? 1. As we are planning to take the sleeper train from Hanoi to Sapa, would there be a place for us to store any additional luggage we are carrying or de have to carry it along with us on the trek? 2. Any shower facilities pre and post trek?
3. Can someone pick us up where the train stops? And take us back?
Marinka, 02 Mar 2023
Hi Marinka, regarding your questions:
1) We have place for customers to store their luggage so you can bring a small bag for the hike.
2) We can provide shower facilities after the hike.
3) We can pick and drop you off to the train station.
Hope it helps.

3. If we choose to take the package w/o the cable car descent, do we have the option to pay on the spot? Or we have to trek all the way down ourselves?
Thanks!

Hi Zul, Please see the answers below.
1). Yes, sure, if you take the sleeper train from Hanoi to Sapa, the host will help you to place your luggage and just bring a small bag with you during the trek.
2). It's probably not every place that has a shower for you to take a shower before you hike.
3). Usually the tour package includes a walk down with the tour guide, so you don’t have to walk all the way down by yourself.
