Sababay Winery appealed to us because they have a unique sustainable mission. They found that farmers in Bali were finding it hard to sell their grapes at good prices internationally. They wanted to help local farmers find other more creative ways to use their produce, so that they could make a better living. So Sababay started making wines with local Balinese produce, and after a few years of hard work they started winning international wine awards. What to expect Learn about the winemaking process and taste four of their best wines, paired with delicious local cheese platters or Indonesian canapés.
