Review Body: This experience allowed us to see a different side to Vietnam as we were brought to the less fortunate districts and we got to see how they live in a very close-up way. It was quite insightful to see and hear about the differing lifestyles since we went to District 1 first, where all the wealthier people stayed, and then into the less fortunate districts that lived in less than conditions. The guide explained the situations well and we were able to understand more about the places we were brought to. Also, the couple of food and drink stops along the way was amazing due to the hot weather and being on the motorbike for a long time.

Review Body: I did the private tour for two people with Bean and Jay. They were incredible, lots of knowledge not only about the people and places we went to but history and culture as well. Any questions we had were answered and being on bikes when we were a bit worried not being used to the traffic wasn’t even an issue as we felt safe the whole time. There was no rush or pressure for a set time to get back even though we only booked for two hours. I don’t usually leave reviews but this exceeded both our expectations which were quite high after reading the information about the trip. Ask for Bean or Jay, they made our trip incredible!

Review Body: I was picked up by Hana, my gorgeous Vietnamese guide who is kind, fun and full of so much knowledge on history and local life around Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam. We visited a local slum without the tour feeling too intrusive to the locals. We visited cafe apartments, drove past historical buildings/landmarks, visited a local cafe for pho and drank coconuts from a local vendor beside the river. It was such a lovely couple of hours. If I had more time, I’d book more tours with Hana. She was just so lovely to spend time with and even helped me with pronunciation of common Vietnamese phrase.

Review Body: The most unforgettable trip of this trip! We were lucky to meet two friendly and enthusiastic guides, Nguyen Nhat Binh and Vo Huynh Xuan Mai. They drove safely along the way. They did their best to tell us the local stories at each location and always paid attention to our experience and feelings. Even after the tour, we would instagram them to learn about the local customs of Vietnam. I recommend these two guides and this tour to everyone!

The visit at the local community was joyful an super nice. The motorbike ride was save and smooth. I highly recommend ! Don’t miss out on the real Ho Chi Minh experience! Review Body: We have just completed the Slums and Alleys of Saigon. It was eye opening to say the least. Vincent, our guide, was fabulous from the get go. He was full of life, laughter and information. It is not a pretty tour, but Vincent’s love for his city, warts and all, certainly made it a memorable one.

Even just biking around through the traffic to the lesser-traveled parts of the city was very fun, and Jay had lots of stories and information at every stop. Review Body: Every city has its bright and dark sides and this activity made it possible zigzagging through HCM traffic on motorbike. The guides were kind to share stories and brought us to see areas visitors don’t actively seek. Stops and refreshments a cool respite in the humid heat.
