Review Body: We spend 2D1N here, 6adults and 1toddler, very relaxing and stress free arrangement. We parked our car at car park, worker verified our booking once we drove in, helped us transfer our luggage into 4WD, and sent us to our accommodation-Bali villa (corner) right opposite the lobby. The villa: very spacious for 6 of us, toddler can run everywhere happily. It’s good to add another few more beds. Simple amenities provided in the room. (Hair dryer, coffee and tea, toothbrush toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo, towel) insects repellent is needed and it’s near to lobby, directly listen to karaoke till 11pm. Very challenging to walk up to hill top villa and glass house, travel with 4WD is provided, however the view was spectacular. Meals: afternoon tea ( Swiss roll, butter cake, fries, fried potatoes, cereal, sweet potato red bean soup, jelly and fruits) enough to fill up ur tummy before jungle trek. Dinner and breakfast were great too! Served with home planted fruits. Activities: About 40min Jungle trekking was easy, suitable for kids too. About 30min Fruit farm was just a few steps walking distance from lobby. Karaoke from 8pm-11pm. Water pool is a great recreational activity for kids. Hospitality: Super great, all are very helpful and dedicated to assist. Worth the value and I shall come back again.

Review Body: What a gem this place is! It's an unexpected paradise! Wonderful views, friendly people, flexible, willing and ready to help in any way. We felt like royalty. This place is definitely worth a visit, but be smart and don’t book just for one night! The food is wonderful and the cook will try his hardest to accommodate you. It's peaceful luxurious and extremely friendly. The pool is wonderful and the service level is the best we've seen in Malaysia up until now! Just get to the RIGHT Glass House, there are two! I hope they change the name soon to what it should be: The Waterway Villa. a DEFINITE recommendation!

Review Body: The Waterway Villa It is an Eco Resort with superb customer service..In here, you should never worry on food, because during my stay here, they provide breakfast, tea time, and dinner.. This resort also provide nice and beautiful swimming pool with 1slide, superb eco scenery, jogging track, arcade,karaoke session (9.00pm), and jungle track (9.00am).. I love it when I stay here.. Here my summary : 1. Customer services - Superb 2. Scenery - Superb 3. Room - Nice design and clean 4. Activity - Plenty 5. Food - Nice I wish this resort will be bigger and more successful in future.

Review Body: This is a very cozy place to stay in and escape yourself a while from the hectic lifestyle. This villa provided tea break, dinner and breakfast. The place is clean. Staffs were attentive and staffs at the dining hall were always checked to make sure the food and drinks were refilled. We went for jungle trekking, it took about 15 minutes in a way. I had a good walk. Staff was cleaning the swimming pool when I was there. The chairs at the poolside were clean so left you spotless to sit on. This is a very good getaway place and I wish to come back again in the near future.

Review Body: We took the hilltop villa which was great because its private and the views are beautiful. River tubing was fun, and hiking was short but also good enough for our family with young kids. The staff there are friendly, especially Bowok(dunno if I spelt his name right) who was kind to let the kids play with the chicks and let them feed the fishes. The only negative is that they said they would charge us to change towels on the same day which we used at the pool. So please bring your own towels.

Review Body: Gorgeous retreat. Many different types of accommodation to choose from and lots of activities to do within the villa itself like jungle trekking, swimming, cycling, karaoke and more. Not much to do at night after twelve though as cars are not allowed inside the villa and the trucks that are around do not make their rounds after 12 a.m.

Review Body: As it is limited rooms, especially the top hill rooms, one can get calm and private time sit out and enjoy the nature. Their food options are good as well. It is just an hr from KL, just off E8 and on route 68, so all type of cars can safely drive here anytime of the day without worrying about safety or bumper scratches.

Review Body: A place full fill with peace and quiet a nice spot to relax urself but the hotel got no Wi-Fi except for the lobby. You will find no television there all you can do is just swimming and enjoy the night scenery. There is many kind of wood made stuft that quite interesting. Eventually, it is a extraordinary place

Review Body: Felt welcome by the staff. Enthusiasm and friendly. Although pool is closed but there are planty things to do for example, hiking activity or hiking around the villa, out door leisure and animals. So good place to get away from KL over a weekend. Room condition was clean
