This is a road trip from Shangri-La to Meili Snow Mountain and back, taking in some of the most dramatic highland scenery along the way. Day 1:
Travel through spectacular mountain scenery and Tibetan villages, crossing from the Yangtze to the Mekong River watershed with stunning views of Mount Kawa Karpo, the highest and most sacred peak in Yunnan.
Day 2:
Return to Shangri‑La via the White Dirt Stupa and the Padma La old road, enjoying sweeping mountain views before rejoining the main route in the Yangtze River valley.

Starting out as English–Tibetan translators, they later found their true calling guiding visitors through the stunning landscapes of Yunnan, Sichuan, and Gansu. Their tours range from cultural walks to multi-day treks, photography trips, and botanical adventures. They genuinely care about the communities they work with, helping villages develop sustainable tourism and training locals in hospitality and logistics.
