Enjoy a fun and interactive workshop making your own, custom designed pair of Espadrille leather sandals in the home of a London trained shoemaker. Lisa, the host, has over 10 years of experience in the industry, creating custom fashion items from carefully sourced materials and employing world class shoe making techniques. What makes this experience special is Lisa's commitment to using reclaimed leather and her consciousness of the environmental impact of her designs. In this 3.5-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to select your leather material and sandal style, as well as cut and stitch your own shape onto provided soles. What should I pack?
Please inform me of your shoe size in EU metrics, after booking the experience. I'll be needing this to prepare soles for you and your guest(s).
Is the material water resistant? For example, wear after day at the beach

Hello W, our host doesn't recommend wearing these to the beach as the soles will misshapen when it is wet (the soles are made out of jute). I hope this information helps! :)

Hi Vickie, you're more than welcome to join the class with your daughter. If both of you only want to make one pair of shoes, you just need to pay for one person. You can accompany your daughter if she needs some assistance :)

As of right now, this workshop is not due to start until November. But allow us to double check to see if by any chance the host might be able to open up a slot. But just so you know, it's unlikely, because the host is due to be traveling. We will get back to you via email in a few hours!
