This power-packed 50 minutes is guaranteed to get your heart racing, body sweating, and endrophines coursing through your veins in no time! This workout will not only give you a good cardio burn, but will also train your core and strength. Expect to burn up to 500 calories whilst having a blast!Important Note:*Kindly bring your own yoga mat for this session. *Please take note that no outdoor shoes are allowed in the studio, only indoor shoes.
