Review Body: The experience was wonderful from start to finish. Gooday was extremely helpful, guiding us to the event . The spectacle was fabulous from beginning to end . The chorus of men constantly throughout provided no background music and cues for the actors . The story line was clear and beautifully danced and acted. The costumes and make up fab. The monkey king stole our hearts with his amusing antics . Fun and thrills throughout . We would highly recommend it . Not only for such professional delivery from a village community ! But also because the whole community is involved with some part of the production . Wonderful to see people coming together for a greater good and spreading joy and happiness .

Review Body: The dance was mesmerizing! So many dancers from the same community who tell a beautiful tale through the dance. They practice for 2 years and it shows! I'd highly recommend going to watch it. I'd also highly recommend Gooday. He made sure we got to the dance at the right time to get good seats and communicated efficiently. My mom and I booked a full day tour with him thereafter and he made sure we did everything we wanted to and was very patient and informative. I am very grateful we found him through this site and would suggest contacting him for a customized tour and great insight into the Balinese culture.

Review Body: Fire dance Unique and interesting fire dance. The hour flew by. Having arrived 45 minutes early as recommended, we had a great choice of first-come-first served seating to choose from and refreshments at competitive prices. The dance must have included 90 members including 10 key characters in traditional dress. A programme was provided in English with a short description of the story which proved a great point of reference. We were enthralled throughout and really enjoyed the climax of the story when fires were lit and thrown through the air.

Review Body: We had an amazing tour of Bali with Wayan, whose warmth and friendliness made us feel instantly at ease. He guided us to beautiful sites - ancient temples, lush rice terraces, a stunning waterfall, and an interesting plantation trail - while sharing fascinating insights into Balinese culture and daily life. Patient and unhurried, Wayan even welcomed us into his home, offering a personal glimpse of local traditions. Our spotless, comfortable car and his skilled driving completed an unforgettable experience.

Review Body: Such a wonderful day! Our guide was knowledgeable about Balinese culture and enthusiastic about sharing it with us. The day included rice terraces, education on local coffee and herbs, a beautiful waterfall, a temple visit, and stunning views. We ended the day with a cultural story performed through dance by local people. The guide was attentive while still giving us space to explore. I felt safe, and the experience was personalized to our needs. I highly recommend this experience.

He is so knowledgeable about everything and always willing to fit in with what we wanted to see and do. (Very comfortable, new car as well) The dance was amazing and his local village. Review Body: The Kecak Fire Dance was beautiful and interesting. The monkey character added some humour. As a solo female traveller, I didn’t want to walk alone at night, Gooday Bali transferred me to and from the temple. I’m sorry I can’t remember the drivers name as he was very good. Communicating well before the event and on the night. He was polite and courteous, provided me with information about the Iconic Bali sites tourI was doing the next day.

Review Body: So pleased that we spent our first night in Bali at the Kecak Fire and Trance Dance. Amazing evening enjoyed by all - the chanting/dancing was amazing and it was so nice to know that the whole village was involved in the event. Our driver was fabulous and very knowledgeable about the dancing. The tropical thunderstorm added to the whole experience. Would reccomend this to anybody visiting Ubud.

Review Body: We had an amazing time with Kadek, our guide, through our trip. Kadek was polite, helpful, and just an amazing person. We traveled with a 1 year baby and Kadek immediately befriended our kid and took care of us and the baby. Also Justin the team leader was very informative and helped us plan our itinerary, ensuring all our requests were accommodated. I cannot recommend this team enough!

Review Body: The Kecak Fire Dance was a sight to behold! The number of people required to perform the chants and storytelling was phenomenal. We loved the smaller more intimate venue. You could see the show from any seat in the venue, but crowds arrive early to claim seats, so best to arrive 30-45 min before show time. Can't believe the low price to see this incredible show! Highly recommend!
