Review Body: Great experience learning how to make my own Kokedama (Japanese moss ball plants). Jason was uber patient and chill showing a small group of 9 participants on a Saturday afternoon how to prepare the soil, moss, plant and eventually put it all together. All the necessary tools and materials were ready prepared for the session (and ample!) I left the session with a gorgeous Kokedama to take home and tips on how to care for my new moss ball plant friend! Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend (great date activity too) Tips for future guests: wear dark colours and be ready to get your hands a bit dirty as you play with soil and moss (if you’re icky about this: Jason has kindly prepared latex gloves and even disposable aprons too)

Review Body: The Kokedama class was pretty lackluster. The host seem like a part timer with mediocre knowledge. When asked questions about what other plants can we substitute, it felt like the answers were very text book or reading from script. It was a 2 hours session, but ended in an hour. I think watching a 20mins YouTube tutorial could already cover all that was taught in this session. The choice of plants here are so common, other materials are just potting mix, brown moss, water and cotton twine strings. The entire experience was underwhelming.

Review Body: Jason was an amazing instructor who really knew his stuff and guided us through every step of the process. While we had a team activity here with seven people through a private session, the space felt cozy and we each had plenty of room to work on our own little terrariums. Plus, there were tons of materials to choose from, so we could all make something that fit our personal taste. I had such a great time that I even bought a cute ceramic tray after it was all over. If you're looking to try your hand at terrarium-making, whether you're a total beginner or not, I would definitely recommend booking a session! Thanks Jason for such a great time with all of us!

Review Body: Loved that the instructor was patient and clear with instructions, so that we could create our best terrarium and not accidentally kill all the plants. There were no limits to how many plants or materials we could use too, except figurines, but you get 1 more for free if you leave a Google review! There was also ample time so it did not feel rushed, from the arrival to the ending. A most pleasant and almost therapeutic way to spend an afternoon!

Review Body: Attended a workshop with my boyfriend in September and it was a really great experience for us both We got to learn how to build our own terrarium and we really enjoyed ourselves. They were very friendly and patient, and provided many helpful tips. The course was also organised and at a comfortable pace. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to try building their own terrarium with no prior experience

Review Body: The guide was amazing and the class was so much fun! The place took a while to get to, but it was totally worth it. The kokedamas we made looked great considering that it was our first time doing this, and the guide was very patient with us. He went above and beyond to answer our questions and he seems like a great person in general. One of the greatest workshops we have done in Singapore.

Instructors were very friendly and helpful and the ambience and vibes there were relaxing and enjoyable. Good activity for all ages and with any company. Review Body: I really REALLY loved going to this workshop. They provide so many different materials for you to make your terrarium. The only thing to note is that the original size jar for this "package" is quite small. But you can upgrade it to larger jar, you just need to top up the remaining. Totally recommen

J² Terrarium is opgericht door een stel met een grote liefde voor planten en natuur. De naam J² komt eigenlijk van hun namen: Jason en Joy! Een paar jaar geleden, toen Jason en Joy een langeafstandsrelatie hadden, wilden ze een hobby vinden die ze samen konden doen om zich ondanks de afstand toch meer verbonden te voelen. Ze houden allebei van natuur en zijn allebei goed met planten, dus gingen ze online op een terrarium-maakdate. Ze vonden het zo leuk dat er uiteindelijk een bloeiend terrariumbedrijf uit ontstond!
