Huy is someone who took an unexpected turn—from studying medicine for years to walking the streets of Southern Vietnam, uncovering the stories hidden in plain sight. Since 2011, he’s been quietly building ways to bring local history and culture closer to people, whether through free reading corners, small cultural classes, or hands-on field trips. He sees history not as something distant, but as part of daily life—found in a street name, a bowl of food, or the way someone speaks. Through these walking experiences, Huy and his team don’t guide in the traditional sense. Instead, they invite you to slow down, look closer, and connect with the past in the very places where it still quietly lives on.
