This is a 3.5-hour private guided expedition to the Marsiling Bunkers in Singapore, with a twist! It's adventurous without being daunting, and it's really fun to do with colleagues! What to ExpectExplore the abandoned WWII structures leftover from British rule amidst rambling jungle vines. You'll visit two bunkers as part of this expedition - both of which are hidden in a forest without walking trails. These bunkers used to be where the British (and later the Japanese army) kept their supplies and ammunition, and one of them is HUGE. Our favourite part? This expedition comes with a twist! To bring the tunnels to life and make this more fun, the Beyond Expedition team love to come up with mini-challenges. We won't reveal them here as these challenges are what we loved most about the expedition - but just a head's up that you'll need to be prepared to get muddy! They aren't daunting though (plus are optional!), and will be suitable for anyone from 5 to 65 years. As with any good expedition, this experience ends with a tea & cookies session where you can chill out, and swap stories! The Beyond Expedition team will also act as your personal photographers as well with their DSLR so that you have keepsakes of the trip. We don't want to spoil too much, but expect to see a side of Singapore you've never seen before! Who can JoinThis experience is suitable for all ages, from as young as 5 to as old as 65! As long as you’re up for some unconventional fun and aren't afraid of getting dirty, this trip is definitely one to go for! Wet-Weather This activity happens rain or shine, do bring along a poncho in case of wet weather! Pet-Friendly If your pet doesn't mind getting muddy, this could be a great expedition for him/her! The mud does get pretty deep though so this might be suitable for larger dogs.

It was great having Peggy as our guide! It was fun hearing about her adventures, and it happened that no one else signed up for this slot (given it was a rainy season), so we could go at our own pace and time. A fun activity to fill the morning (:

(1) Our guide, Scott, is very friendly and very easy-going with a good sense of humour. He started off the group tour with an ice breaker - introductions with small backgrounds regarding each member of the tour were said so we could get to know each other. During the activity, Scott made sure he got to know each one of us on a personal level by making 1:1 conversations. (2) Not only were we fed information re: history of Fort Serapong, we were also given fun activities to do as a group. It was a nice way of interacting with each other! (3) A photographer was with us and she took awesome photos, which were shared via Google drive the next day. (4) This activity is highly recommended, as it’s a place one wouldn’t think of when in Singapore.

Experience Magical Mongolia: First In Singapore 2D1N Yurt Getaway
We had an amazing 2D1N getaway in the Mongolian yurt! It was the most adventurous, fun, educational holiday, and we enjoyed every minute of it even though it was raining cats and dogs! The yurt is beautifully crafted, the interior bright and colourful, beds are so comfy and the outdoor area is awesome - pure adventure in the midst of lush greenery with a feeling of being far away from the city. The Beyond Expedition Team - Scott, Kavita and Kelly - was amazing! Friendly, warm, outgoing, and passionate to make this getaway a memorable one for our family! Thank you so so much, we had lots of fun and enjoyed our time to the fullest! We highly recommend this trip for everyone who wants to reconnect with nature, do fun activities as a family, and disconnect from modern city life to recharge your batteries!
