走进红瑶草药传统，开启一段沙坝近郊的人文之旅。你将有机会前往踏品村拜访红瑶族，了解他们如何以草药入药。由当地向导带领，你还会探访苏伊湖村和马查村，看看黑苗族人的日常生活。也别错过体验草药浴的机会，沉浸感受这一独特的文化传统（可加购）。行程亮点：前往踏品村拜访红瑶族，了解他们的草药浴传统探访苏伊湖村和马查村，观察黑苗族人的日常生活展开一段6小时旅程，穿越优美风景与稻田由熟悉沙坝少数民族文化的原住民向导带领温馨提示：徒步约8–9公里，难度为轻松至中等，建议穿舒适的徒步鞋。徒步结束后，我们很推荐体验红瑶草药浴——这是旅程后放松身心的好方式。如选择草药浴，建议浸泡约15–20分钟即可，因为药草效力可能较强。如过程中觉得过热、头晕或不适，请及时起身休息。草药浴场地提供拖鞋和毛巾，方便使用。请自备泳衣和替换衣物。红瑶草药浴——代代相传的疗愈传统：红瑶族在18世纪定居于沙坝高山地区，带来了自己的社会结构、语言、服饰与仪式，其中也包括养生仪式。红瑶族以疗愈草药浴闻名，所用药材采自森林中的药用植物。每个家庭都有自家的草药浴配方，通常由家中女性保存，并由母亲传给女儿。
