体验红瑶草药传统，走出沙坝，开启一段文化之旅，前往踏频村探访红瑶族，了解他们如何将草药用于疗愈。由当地向导带领，你也会前往苏伊霍村和玛查村，看看黑苗族人的日常生活。也别错过体验草药浴的选择，沉浸在这段独特的文化体验中（可加购）。行程亮点：探访踏频村的红瑶族，了解他们的草药浴传统走访苏伊霍村和玛查村，观察黑苗族人的日常生活享受一段6小时的旅程，穿越优美山景与稻田由一群深谙沙坝民族文化的原住民向导带领出发前请留意：徒步距离约8–9公里，难度为简单至中等，请穿着舒适的徒步鞋。我们很推荐在徒步后体验红瑶草药浴——这是旅程结束后放松身体的绝佳方式。如选择草药浴，建议浸泡约15–20分钟即可，因为药草成分可能较强。如果过程中感到过热、头晕或任何不适，请立即起身休息。草药浴设施提供凉鞋和毛巾，方便使用。请自备泳衣和替换衣物。红瑶草药浴——一项疗愈传统：红瑶族在18世纪定居于沙坝高山地区，带来了他们独特的社会结构、语言、服饰与仪式，也包括健康相关的传统。红瑶族以疗愈草药浴闻名，所用药草取自森林中的药用植物。每个家庭都有自己的草药浴配方，由家中的女性保管，并由母亲传给女儿。
