这条穿过老寨和塔文的短途风景徒步，很适合想感受沙坝的文化与山野风光、又不想走太累的人。也很适合带小孩的家庭和年长者。你会走进层层梯田，探访黑苗族和嘉依族村庄，还会到当地人家中坐坐，了解传统生活方式。途中你还能看到当地人如何用肉桂制作香，有些日子也能看到竹筒糯米的制作过程。行程亮点轻松走访老寨和塔文的梯田风景探访黑苗族和嘉依族村庄走进当地人家，了解日常生活观看传统制香过程；部分日子还能看到竹筒糯米制作享用一顿当地午餐后返回沙坝出发前须知这是轻松路线（全程约4-5公里），大多数旅客都适合参加建议穿舒适的步行鞋包含沙坝往返老寨的接送提供雨衣和登山杖当地餐厅的饮品需自费，建议带一些现金
