认识你的主办方

Jamie Koh 是新加坡首家本土微型酿酒厂的创办人。2017 年，她发现少了点什么——新加坡还没有一款真正属于自己的烈酒。于是她亲自投入其中，向德国的酿酒大师学习，用湿巴刹和中药行的本地原料反复试验，甚至推动新加坡第一张酿酒厂执照的取得。如今，凭着她的坚持，她的酒厂以东南亚植物原料酿造出极具新加坡特色的琴酒。Jamie 的这段经历不只是为了做出一款酒，更是为了让新加坡拥有一种真正有归属感的味道。
