Joan 的清酒之路始于日本的婚礼事业，但真正让她受到触动的，是她在小镇里与酒藏职人和当地人之间的一次次交谈。后来，她和 Charles 把这份感受带回了新加坡，打造了一个地方，让清酒不只是被斟上桌，更能被理解其中的故事与用心。自 2013 年起，他们一直与小型酒藏紧密合作，重视可持续发展（包括冷链配送和电动货车），也举办更像朋友聚会而非正式活动的品鉴会。对他们来说，最重要的是人与人之间真实的连接——与清酒、与酿造者，也与每一位喝清酒的人。
