Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Luggage was no problem as well, it was checked in and loaded on the boat before departure.

Review Body: Underwhelming Trip. We planned a day trip and turned to be a 3h trip to Nusa Penida. The same morning of our departure they changed our reservation from 8am to 11:50am. Not only that, thanks I proactively texted the night before our trip to reconfirm plans and not was until the same morning of our trip they gave us the news… what would happen if I didn’t texted them? Customer Service also worst ever.

Review Body: We booked the return trip from Sanur to Nusa Penida on-line before we went through the reviews, so we were really affraid what it would be like. But everything was really ok in the end, both ways on time, clean boat, proffesional crew, comfortable seats. We had to go through water while boarding the ship, but just a few meters and water under knees. There was a pier at Nusa Penida port so no need to wet your feets. So everything great, we have to give 5 stars.
