Wilpattu National Park is a 10-minute drive from the Lodge to the western entrance of the park. Wilpattu is the largest national park in Sri Lanka which boasts numerous villus (natural lakes), a diversity of birds, leopards, elephants, crocodiles, sloth bears, deer and much more. The peaceful location is a perfect spot to delve into nature as well as experience a truly unique place to stay - in rooms housed in refurbished shipping containers.
