Riverside jungle lodge + Cheow Lan Lake — the best of both worlds!
This 3D2N adventure is perfect for travellers who want to experience the best of both jungle and lake in Khao Sok without spending most of the trip in transit. Unlike many tours that start from Khao Sok Village and require long transfers (~1hr) to the lake, this one starts just 15 minutes away! That means you get more time exploring Khao Sok’s Sok River and Cheow Lan Lake, and less time on the road.You’ll spend your first night in a lovely riverside resort and the next in a modern capsule-style raft house with private rooms (and proper mattresses!) floating gently on the emerald lake waters. Of all the raft houses we’ve tried, this one had the best food by far. It’s also the closest to the pier, so you skip the long boat rides — plus it’s got super nice rooms, a bar with cocktails, and (fun fact for animal lovers) even a golden retriever and cat on site!It’s a great option for chilled-out adventurers, couples, or small groups keen for a couple of peaceful days. Those who love soaking in the views will get a kick out of the jungle treks and serene boat rides - there’s also always a chance of spotting monkeys, hornbills, or maybe even a cheeky langur. Best of all, you’ll enjoy two different types of bamboo rafting (jungle river and lake) and stay right by the Sok River on your first night!
