Review Body: Do not debate, just book now with Jaja. These guys are local to the area (not all guides are local) and extremely passionate and experienced about the outdoors. From what I researched and witnessed, these guides know more than other guides and are very attune to hearing, seeing, smelling to identify animals and plants quickly. We did a night trek with Jaja, a very fun, experienced guide who also is a hunter and very skilled at tracking animals. He knows so much about the animals, plants and the trails that he took us on some of the lesser used trails to seek more animals. We saw a variety of monkeys - langur, macaques and the luwak cat, some scorpions, spiders and other critters. We came across another tour with 10+ people and guide all shining their flashlights in the trees and the tour guide said no animals so they were about to walk away. Jaja says “the monkey is right there” and easily points his flashlight where everyone missed. I think that tells you a lot about his experience - he can point out many things other guides will miss. The following day we did a full day trek to Ton Kloi waterfall with Wes, who trained with Jaja before becoming a guide. He’s also a funny guy with lots of passion and knowledge about the jungle. He pointed out many animals and plants and let us taste a few plants like nuts, little peppers (for green curry), elephant apple and a some more. He also packed us a super tasty lunch we enjoyed during our waterfall swimming break. Both tours were fantastic and I really recommend if you want an exceptional jungle trip.

Review Body: Nous avons passé un super bon moment avec notre guide Arm pendant le safari de nuit. Jaja est venu nous chercher à notre hôtel en pick-up, il nous a emmené à l’entrée du parc et nous a expliqué quelques techniques à adopter dans la jungle avant de nous laisser partir avec notre guide. Arm ne parlait pas trop anglais mais il a tout de même su se faire comprendre quand il le fallait. Nous avons vu des serpents, araignées, grenouilles, scorpions et autres insectes, ainsi qu’un singe de loin ! Nous avons été chanceux 🍀 Toute l’équipe est adorable merci à eux pour cette superbe expérience !

Review Body: Lek was the best guide! He was incredibly attentive, detailed, and professional, with an amazing knowledge of the jungle. He showed us all kinds of animals and gave us great tips on how to spot them. He was also super funny, friendly, and easy to be around. One of the highlights was when he found a wild cat, which is extremely difficult to spot — and he managed to find one for us! He was always attentive to helping us take photos and sharing interesting information about every animal we saw. I highly recommend Lek as a guide and this activity. An unforgettable experience!

Review Body: Mee was the best guide ever! He calmly allowed us to have the real immersion in the jungle at night, without rushing into things. We could hear magical sounds of the nature and see many different animals( tarantula, scorpion, spiders, monkeys, lucciolas , suricato, monkeys and snakes). Mee also helped us take the best pictures and videos when we were too afraid to be near the big spiders. We also looked at the stars, and Mee pointed out the different names! Life changing experience, highly recommended with Mee and his team.

Review Body: Jaja is so passionate about what he does and you can tell he's worked hard to build Natureskills. He and his team are so skilled and knowledgeable and they put so much effort into making sure you have a good time. This isn't 1 of those generic tourist exertions, its worth every penny for a unique experience and the bamboo cooking is next level! So much effort and skill in every part of it. And the nature and scenery is incredible. Plenty to be seen whether its dry, raining, day or night. You'll have a great time for sure!

Review Body: We had an amazing time with our guide Mee. He told us so much about the animals and the area. We also went directly trough the jungle. We saw many animals like tarantulas, crab spiders, scorpions, monkeys, mantis, bugs and frogs. He found even the smallest animal. When we were too afraid to come closef to take a photo, he would take it for us. Also he showed us the stars. We would recommend this tour. Must do in Khao Sok.

Review Body: One of our favourite experiences throughout our time in thailand. The tour went ahead despite the heavy rain, meaning some of the animals/critters were harder to find or hiding. This was clearly explained to us and we didn't expect to see much. However our guide was great at seeking out a variety of creatures and was keen to share his experiences and stories. We went home drenched, covered in mud but had a great time!

Review Body: One of the best experiences I have had! We done a night safari in khao sok national park with Jaja ! He’s experience is completely unmatched, he was also so funny and caring ! We had so many laughs aswell as learning new skills and knowledge that you wouldn’t get anywhere else , I would highly recommend doing this tour ! Even if you’re scared of snakes or spiders etc it’s definitely an experience I’ll never forget!

Review Body: The Tour was exceptional, Jaja was highly experienced and personable. He went out of his way to make sure that everybody was having a great time. His deep knowledge of the jungle and cultural focus was very refreshing. We also got an extra 45 minutes of tour! We would highly recommend booking onto this if you want a more authentic experience and a guide who goes above and beyond.

Review Body: Whilst the weather wasn't ideal and our children were tired our guide made a special effort to ensure we had a good experience. In particular, he was persistent in finding a scorpion for my youngest son. My 6 year old son, despite lots of complaining during the walk, said this activity was the highlight of his trip to Khao Sok, and we did a lot so that really carries some weight!

Il nous a expliqué pleins de choses que nous ne savions pas sur certains animaux, ce qu’il faut faire et ne pas faire en cas d’attaque, etc. Malheureusement la pluie nous est tombée dessus et donc beaucoup d’animaux étaient réfugiés.

Review Body: Best night safari out in Kao Sok by far! Such a knowledgeable guide. He took us on side jungle paths far away from the crowds and we got to see sleeping birds and monkeys, frogs, snakes, scorpions, a huge gecko and a tarantula, but the coolest thing was we got to see a very close up Sivler Cat. It was insane! We had the best time ever!

Review Body: Jaja is incredible. He really focuses on teaching you how to maneuver in the jungle. He truly has a passion for his job. I really appreciated how he took us to a remote part of what was otherwise a busy trail for night hike groups. We ended up being the last ones on the trail so we could really explore it alone on the way back.

Review Body: Ich bin ein "herping" Fan und kann die Tour definitiv weiterempfehlen. Wir sind früher gestartet, als die Anbieter der Hotels was einen großen Unterschied macht. Die Tour war privat (keine Gruppe) und der Guide kannte sich prima aus. Der Buchungsprozess ist einfach, Abholung und Rücktransport zum Resort war wie besprochen.

We were lucky to see many different animals and plants, and Puin seemed to genuinely enjoy sharing his knowledge about the wildlife of the rainforest. Review Body: Trip was amazing our guide knew every aminal and so much about the jungle. One tip I'd recommend is to ask the guide which days will be best for night tour as there is a lot of different conditions that could allow you to see more or less aminals. All in all I would recommend.

Itinerary Description: For guests who don't book bamboo cooking add on 5:00 PM – Free pick-up from hotels in the Khao Sok Village area (within 10 KM from Khao Sok National Park). 5:30 PM - Arrive at Jaja's basecamp in Khao Sok town (outside the national park), start your cooking class, learn how to start a bonfire and how to cook using bamboo as container with techniques from ex-poachers. Then enjoy the results of what you learn to cook! For guests who don't book bamboo cooking add on 6:30 PM – Free pick-up from hotels in the Khao Sok Village area (within 10 KM from Khao Sok National Park). Night safari 7:00 PM – Arrive at the Khao Sok National Park Visitor Center, pay the national park fee. 7:15 PM - Begin night safari hike. During this immersive 2 KM round trip, you’ll learn essential jungle skills for spotting nocturnal wildlife while participating in exciting activities like night vision training, wildlife spotting techniques, and engaging storytelling under the stars.
