These wines come from Yarra Valley, a cool climate region in Australia known for producing high-quality yet approachable wines. Compared to more traditional regions like France, which some guests may find a bit formal or intimidating to talk about, these wines create a relaxed space where everyone feels comfortable asking questions and joining the conversation.Expect a premium yet personal experience, with a curated selection spanning sparkling, white, and red wines—carefully chosen to showcase key tasting techniques and ensure that guests get a well-rounded tasting experience across different styles and profiles. Having grown up in the arts and entertainment scene, he brings a warm, down-to-earth energy to everything he does. What began as a simple idea to share wine knowledge has grown into something much more meaningful. Ian creates experiences that feel personal and thoughtful, not scripted or sales-driven. He’s worked with major companies like Shell and BlackRock, but he’s just as focused on giving back—supporting local causes in Singapore and working with sustainability-focused wineries. At heart, Ian’s all about bringing people together over a good glass of wine and a great conversation.
