This is not a pretentious or stuffy wine tasting. It’s a private session where great wine meets good energy. You’ll be guided by a real expert, but the mood stays relaxed, playful, and easy to enjoy, with optional mini-games if you want to keep things light and social.Led by the founder, you’ll taste rare, small-batch wines with fewer than 2,000 bottles produced. Some are even hand-labelled by the winemakers and their families. All the wines come from Australia’s Yarra Valley - a cool-climate region known for elegant, approachable wines that spark conversation, not intimidation.Unlike more traditional wine regions that can feel formal or hard to talk about, this tasting creates a space where everyone feels comfortable asking questions, sharing opinions, or just enjoying the glass in front of them.You’ll sample a thoughtfully curated line-up across styles, designed to teach core tasting techniques while still feeling indulgent and fun. Having grown up in the arts and entertainment scene, he brings a warm, down-to-earth energy to everything he does. What began as a simple idea to share wine knowledge has grown into something much more meaningful. Ian creates experiences that feel personal and thoughtful, not scripted or sales-driven. He’s worked with major companies like Shell and BlackRock, but he’s just as focused on giving back—supporting local causes in Singapore and working with sustainability-focused wineries. At heart, Ian’s all about bringing people together over a good glass of wine and a great conversation.
