Review Body: For those wanting an intro to Thai cooking, the Half Day course delivers a pretty holistic adventure made up of three parts: a market visit, cooking, then garden walkabout. The market is a fairly clean sanitised version versus say the more chaotic South Gate Market, so it'll be easy to learn about the ingredients you'll be using, there's also time to grab a few items if you want to try back at home. The cooking portion is the main attraction: we cooked tom yam, curries and stir fried a pad thai. All really quick dishes done in 10 mins or less, and customisable to your heat tolerance. If you're going to the afternoon session, have a light breakfast, as there's a lot to eat through. The sticky rice and drinks are prepared for you, though there's also complimentary bottled water and beer on sale at the kitchen. My partner enjoyed the garden visit, as Grandma's practices garden to table (except for their chickens, those are just for eggs). This is a good opportunity to ask more about the Thai ingredients and get ideas for substitutes in your home kitchen, the guide was a very knowledgable and funny guy. All in all highly recommend. :)

Review Body: This cooking class was above and beyond what I expected. We did the evening cooking class. First of all, the location is absolutely beautiful! They have a garden, several cooking stations, chicken coop, and mushroom hut. Then there’s the actual cooking class where there are options to make so many things (soups, pad thai, curries, mango sticky rice). You have the option to make them with chicken, shrimp or vegetarian. They give you options of what to substitute with if you don’t like fish sauce as well. Everything we made was INCREDIBLE. also, the presentation of all the ingredients was so pleasing! Special shout out to our chef Bryan, who made the experience super fun! He was funny, knowledgeable, kind, and patient.

Review Body: Great experience of learning Thai signature cuisine starting from picking us up at the hotel till dropping off back the hotel. The environment is very quite, relax, and friendly. The chef explains very clear and easy to understand and follow his instructions! In between the courses, people also already clean up the mess we created and prepared the material for the next course which made the cooking very easy and relax! Highly recommend to sign up for the experience and definitely value for the money!

Review Body: What a fantastic experience, our guide and personal chef Best was incredible. So much information (and you get to take all the recipes home too). We cooked four courses and even our own personal drink, free water and our bellies are FULL! Completely recommend this to everyone who is coming to Chiang Mai and surrounding areas. It's a beautiful, peaceful place and completely organic and ethical. One of our favourite Thailand trips we have done.

Review Body: What and absolutely amazing place and an amazing experience. Worth every single penny and more. We had a fantastic class with Toon. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and very patient with our son (10). The food was all amazing and pretty fail safe even for the most novice chef but yet felt authentic and like we had learnt something. Thanks so much. We will be sure to recommend.

Review Body: Truly unforgettable afternoon at this cooking school! Our guide Joy was amazing, so friendly and hilarious. She took us around the market to tell us about some of the local ingredients. We then went to the most beautiful setting to cook. We made coconut soup, pad Thai and Thai curry. The dishes tasted incredible. Do not skip this when in Chiang Mai!
